There’s a trend that more and more people are starting to notice: a lot of black leaders in power are finding themselves in serious trouble. Story after story surfaces about black politicians, “leaders,” and activists getting busted for fraud and other crimes. It’s a pattern nobody wants to see, especially as DEI dilemmas continue to rise.

Sadly, we’ve got yet another case of a black politician behaving badly—this time out of Louisiana. Democrat Mayor Tyrin Truong has been arrested for his alleged involvement in a drug trafficking and sex trafficking scheme.
These are incredibly serious charges and, if true, shockingly degenerate behavior.

This story is disturbing and reminiscent of another black mayor arrested years ago—Kwame Kilpatrick, the former mayor of Detroit.
Bogalusa mayor Tyrin Truong has been arrested for allegedly soliciting prostitutes and purchasing illegal drugs, Washington Parish and Louisiana State Police authorities said Tuesday (Jan. 7).
Truong additionally was booked into the Washington Parish jail for unauthorized use of a moveable, a legal term in Louisiana that refers to intentionally taking or using someone’s personal property without their consent.
Louisiana State Police said in a statement that the investigation that ensnared Truong and several others was conducted over several months. During the arrests of the mayor and several other suspects involved, state police said they seized opioids, high-grade marijuana, THC and MDMA.
State police also say the suspects were using funds from drug sales to purchase firearms. They’re also accused of using social media to facilitate purchases.
Over the years, many prominent black politicians have been at the center of scandals, arrests, and all-around bad behavior. What’s going on?
New York City Mayor Eric Adams, indicted on Thursday on five federal counts, is not the first mayor to face criminal charges.
Adams is charged with one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud, federal program bribery, and to receive campaign contributions by foreign nationals; one count of wire fraud; two counts of solicitation of a contribution by a foreign national; and one count of bribery. He pleaded not guilty to the charges on Friday.
The jury convicted Dixon of embezzlement. She was sentenced to four years of probation and was ordered to donate $45,000 to the Bea Gaddy Foundation and to serve 500 hours of community service at Our Daily Bread. She also had to sell items she purchased with the gift cards.
Dixon resigned as mayor and was banned from seeking office while on probation. She ran for reelection as mayor in 2016, 2020, and 2024, losing in the Democratic primary in each election cycle.
Who is Ray Nagin?
Ray Nagin was first elected as mayor of New Orleans in 2002 and led the city through Hurricane Katrina. He was reelected in 2006 and served until 2010.
Three years after he left office, Nagin was indicted on 21 charges, including wire fraud, conspiracy, bribery, money laundering, and filing false tax returns. He was accused of taking over $500,000 in payouts from businessmen in exchange for city contracts valuing millions of dollars.
These days, it seems like the number of black politicians and so-called “leaders” who are getting arrested or caught “behaving badly” is steadily increasing.

We covered this bizarre and concerning trend with a recent piece on black women in power behaving badly.
What’s happening with black women in America? Some are rising to power thanks to the DEI movement, which rewards skin color, gender, and sexual preference over merit, experience, or excellence. However, the problem arises once those women who are not qualified are placed in positions of power and leadership, where they often quickly crash and burn. From embezzling $15 million in COVID funds to engaging in shameless plagiarism, these meritless women have demonstrated that they are not up to the task and struggle with the responsibilities they’ve been given. Naturally, they revert to what they know best: lying, cheating, and stealing. The whole situation is unfair to those black women in this country who succeed based on merit, honesty, and hard work to be lumped in with the large mass of meritless DEI incompetents.
“Black women behaving badly” has become a national pastime that can no longer be ignored. We’ve compiled a list of some of the most infamous cases of black women in leadership roles behaving badly.
Big Fani Willis:
The current reigning queen of “black ladies behaving badly” is none other than Big Fani Willis. As the DA out of Fulton County, GA, she has paved the way for other DEI frauds to follow. With a completely stone-faced look on her smug face, she has accused innocent people of fraud and wrongdoing while her own closet is overflowing with dirty deeds. This woman, once hailed by many on the left and in the propaganda media as “Black Girl Magic” for going after President Trump with her sham indictments, has now been dethroned by her own immoral and criminal activities—too foolish to understand how to conduct herself or, at the very least, cover her tracks properly.
There’s a lot more to this story. Click below to get the full list:
Black women behaving badly has become a national trend…
While “black women behaving badly” might have felt like a national trend for a while, it’s clear that “black men behaving badly” is also a thing. And with DEI taking center stage, it’s hard not to feel unsettled watching this steady parade of scandals and arrests.
