The American justice system is supposed to be fairly simple, right? You break the law, you face consequences. And if you cause harm or destroy property, you pay the price. That’s how fairness and justice are supposed to work.

But in cities and states run by Soros-backed progressive prosecutors, that very simple basic idea has been turned into mush.
And once again, the disaster unfolding in Minnesota is yet another perfect example.
If you’ll recall, a state employee named Dylan Bryan Adams (allegedly) went on a vandalism spree and keyed a bunch of Teslas, causing more than $20,000 in damage. Now, for most Americans, that kind of destruction would bring some serious criminal charges and potentially jail time.
But not this guy. Tim Walz’s state employee walked away with less than a slap on the wrist. His punishment was a laughable one-day suspension from work.

In other words, he got an extra day off.

His punishment?
A one day suspension.

But there’s more to this story. It turns out the person who made that decision was none other than Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty, a Soros-backed progressive prosecutor and lesbian who has built quite the reputation for going soft on criminals while preaching “equity” and “reform.”
The County Attorney who decided not to file charges against Telsa vandal and state employee Dylan Adams, is the same one who dropped charges against accused rapists, and slashed murder charges down to probation
Dylan’s entire punishment for keying 6 teslas was a 1 day suspension.
This is NOT justice.

And speaking of justice, does this look like reform to you?
Here’s a sampling of what Ms. Mary has done during her stint in Hennepin County. Keep in mind, she claims she’s handled these cases this way to restore “fairness” and “ethical standards.”
Here are the key instances involving released individuals under her tenure:
Rape Case Dismissal (2023): In January 2023, shortly after taking office, Moriarty dismissed a first-degree criminal sexual conduct case against Marco Tulio Rivera Enamorado. The decision was made after a veteran prosecutor admitted to lying to a judge regarding a note passed during the trial. The victim, a teenager, expressed frustration that the case was thrown out on a technicality.
Murder Conviction Vacated (2025): In September 2025, Bryan Hooper Sr. was released after serving 27 years for a 1998 murder. Moriarty filed a petition to vacate his conviction after a woman confessed to the crime, leading to his exoneration.
Murder Charges Dropped (2024/2025): Moriarty dropped second-degree murder and manslaughter charges against Minnesota state trooper Ryan Londregan in the shooting of Ricky Cobb II. The dismissal followed new expert analysis and claims by the defense, causing significant controversy.
Serial Rape Cases (2025): While not releasing the suspect from custody, Moriarty’s office faced scrutiny for allowing a plea deal resulting in probation for Abdimahat Bille Mohamed, who was later charged by federal authorities with raping multiple women. Moriarty defended her office’s actions, citing critical witnesses dropping out, and accused the federal government of politicizing the case.
At this point, when crimes happen under progressive leadership, justice suddenly becomes a crapshoot.
When any prosecutor treats the law like some fast-food menu where they pick and choose what they want and which rules apply to whom, the whole system goes to hell in a handbasket.
Mary Moriarty’s decisions have been wreaking havoc for a while now.

Revolver has covered her before, especially when she tried to brush off the very real concerns about gang activity and crime problems in Minnesota that residents and police say are very real. In Mary’s book, that’s just hogwash.
Minnesota officials keep trying to sell the country a humdinger of a fairy tale about what’s happening in their backyard, and it’s starting to get embarrassing. The Hennepin County Minneapolis attorney Mary Moriarty is now insisting there’s no Somali gang problem in the state.
[…]
Meanwhile, the actual sheriff is out here waving receipts around about violent criminals walking free and gangs wreaking havoc. Not to mention, the public is staring down a massive amount of fraud all tied to the exact communities she claims are as harmless as church mice.
This issue blew up right after President Trump called out the very real issues inside Minnesota’s Somali population… issues everyone in the state and beyond knows about because they either live with the consequences or see the reports online.
Spoiler alert: there are roving gangs of Somalis.

What makes the situation even more absurd is the painfully clear contrast with other high-profile cases in recent years.
We’ve watched non-violent January 6 political prisoners receive extremely aggressive prosecutions and lengthy sentences, with solitary confinement, for waltzing through the Capitol.
Meanwhile, in cities run by these Soros-backed progressive prosecutors, violent criminals and repeat offenders are given the soft-touch treatment. Or hey, if you’re like Walz’s employee, you get that awesome day off work.
Sure, the Tesla vandalism case might seem small compared to some of the larger crime stories coming out of Minnesota, but it matters, because when prosecutors treat crimes differently depending on who commits them, our system becomes weaponized.
And American justice isn’t supposed to work that way.
As these George Soros-backed prosecutors continue taking over cities across the country, voters need to rethink everything and start paying closer attention to these local races.

Because the people making these decisions have a lot of power over whether the law is enforced equally… or whether it becomes something weaponized for a political agenda.
