President Trump delivered his State of the Union address last night, and arguably, it was one of his strongest speeches yet.

Even the lead-up marketing clips were sharp, smart, and very stylish.

The (very tall) Trump family stood united in solidarity.

But as usual, Melania stole the show as she sat in the car on her way to the speech. What an incredible photo, right?

There’s been plenty of great commentary on the speech, but this take summed it up best.

Yes, this is a man who’s been to hell and back, and he came before the American people on a very focused mission. That mission was to lay out the progress he and his team have made to undo the colossal damage from the Biden regime while also mapping out what comes next to Make America Great Again. In the process, President Trump put Dems on blast, fully unmasking them as the America-last, crime-loving cowards they truly are. It was one of the most powerful and revealing speeches of his presidency.

By far, one of the most powerful and telling moments of the night was when President Trump asked all politicians who believe their first duty is to protect American citizens, not illegal aliens, to stand up. To nobody’s surprise, not a single Dem stood up for Americans. They all stayed seated.

America last on full display.

President Trump: “If you agree with this statement, then stand up and show your support: The first duty of the American government is to protect American citizens, not illegal aliens.”

🚨 NO SURPRISE: Every single Democrat stayed seated.

This will go down as a defining moment in U.S. political history.

Democrats HATE America! The feeling is mutual!

This is something Democrats will never live down.

After the speech, one Dem actually admitted that it made her “uncomfortable” to be asked to stand up for American citizens.

And then Dems showed the world just how much they love and support violent crime and criminals when they refused to stand for the mother of Iryna Zarutska, the Ukrainian woman murdered on a metro in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Many Americans can’t understand why Dems refused to stand for a grieving mother who’s child was murdered.

Like I don’t get what democrats are doing politically here. It’s so easy to just stand and clap for a victims mother and it costs them nothing to do it. Instead they sit, angerly while a mother cries which costs them something. They are truly evil people.

But it’s really quite simple. The Dem platform is all about anti-white hate. That means standing for a white woman who was murdered by a black man would be a slap in the face to their base, who believe the black guy was the “real” victim.

What’s really hard for most Americans to grasp is why a U.S. Democrat politician would wear a Ukraine pin on their lapel and refuse to stand for a Ukrainian woman who was stabbed to death by a madman.

Everything is so political for the left, so much so that humanity has been lost in all the politics and hate.

However, for the average American who doesn’t operate on anti-white hatred, the choice to stay seated was catastrophic.

The dems aren’t smart, cold, or calculating. Worse than evil, they’re just stupid. This was the dumbest thing they could’ve done. This is far and away stupider than their refusal to stand for the little boy with terminal cancer who was made an honorary Secret Service Agent.

That feeling is spot-on. The refusal to stand for American citizens and a grieving mother will likely haunt Dems for many, many years.

Michigan voter: “I think his point is valid. Everybody in that room represents the citizens in this country. And are you doing your job? He should, you know, the governor asked, is Trump doing his job? Trump asked, are all of you doing your job?”

And speaking of Dems’ hatred of all things “America,” President Trump made sure to call out the hot topic of voter ID, and he very clearly pointed out the only logical reason why anybody would be against it: cheating.

President Trump was busy blasting the Dems, and former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi was visibly rattled over what Trump said about her amazing “luck” in the U.S. stock market.

Nancy Pelosi was clearly rattled when pressed on President Trump’s comments during the State of the Union about her conveniently timed stock trades:

“I say back to him, cause that’s what members said, look at your own selves…”

Meanwhile, a foreign woman under a very serious investigation for scamming money had the audacity to call President Trump a “murderer” during the State of the Union.

Many people agree, it’s time to send Ilhan back to her homeland.

But the evening wasn’t all about calling out the failing Dems. President Trump also showcased the heroes on our side, including the brave widow of Charlie Kirk, who was assassinated by a left-wing pro-trans supporter.

In the end, the vast majority of Americans who watched the speech loved it and connected with it so much that they truly believe President Trump has the country on the right track and moving in the best direction.

The night belonged to President Trump. The speech was focused, unapologetically America First, and it struck a chord with the majority of Americans who are hungry for real leadership.

Meanwhile, Dems couldn’t seem to get out of their own way. At nearly every turn, they handed Trump a whole slew of fresh, unforced errors that reinforced how out of step they are with everyday voters.

If the goal was to show contrast, mission accomplished. And based on the public reaction, Trump won the night.
