Big Fani Part 2 is officially underway, folks. Just when everyone thought the saga wrapped up with last week’s total case collapse, a brand-new Georgia law has cracked the door wide open for President Trump to walk right back in with a sledge hammer, and start swinging away.
A judge in Georgia has dismissed a sprawling 2020 election interference case against Donald Trump, ending the last effort to prosecute the president for allegedly attempting to overturn his loss to Joe Biden.
Peter Skandalakis, who took over the case after the initial prosecutor’s removal, asked Judge Scott McAfee to dismiss the charges on Wednesday.
Trump’s lawyer Steve Sadow praised the decision to end the “political persecution” against the president.
The dismissal concludes the last of four criminal cases levelled against Trump since he first left the White House, only one of which saw trial and resulted in a conviction.

And according to Attorney Phil Holloway, that hammer is about to go mighty hard.
Holloway isn’t being overly dramatic here. He’s spelling out a consequence the fake news media conveniently forgot to mention. See, every former defendant in Fani’s circus indictment now has the right to go after her office for compensation. Translation: the people she tried to put in prison can now make her cut a nice big, fat Fani check.
Look:
I bet y'all thought the Fani Willis fiasco was over, didn't you?
Well, it is not
Get ready for the epilogue
Under a GA law passed specifically for this case, all the former defendants now get to go after her to recoup costs and legal fees https://t.co/NY5Q1RBEv4

President Trump’s attorney Steve Sadow didn’t waste a moment of time. As soon as the flimsy, weaponized cases were dismissed he took to X to announce the next move.
Now that President Trump has won his GA case, we will be moving for attorney’s fees and costs under GA Code §17-11-6. This Code section applies because the original Fulton County prosecutor Fani Willis was disqualified for improper conduct and the trial court subsequently dismissed the case “in its entirety.”

Here’s a closeup of the image Steve shared:
But here’s where everything turns into a nightmare for Big Fani. Thanks to that new state law, Trump’s legal team is preparing to file for reimbursement, and the estimate is wild… more than $10 million dollars.

Ten million bucks taken directly out of the same DA’s office that spent two years trying to destroy him. How’s that for karma?
The case against President Trump and other defendants was dismissed last week after a new prosecutor was assigned following District Attorney Fani Willis’ disqualification from the case.
Sadow says the president was exercising his First Amendment right to challenge an election, and was not involved in a criminal conspiracy to have it overturned. “The President was never involved in criminal activity. He was always innocent,” Sadow told Channel 2’s Richard Elliot. He said he called the president after the charges were dismissed.
“He was very pleased, and he made it very clear that that was the decision that he expected,” he said. Sadow added that even if the case had continued to trial, he could have won on the case’s own merits. “I would’ve pushed that President Trump had the right of free speech, that he was exercising his First Amendment rights, that he conspired with no one, that whatever actions people took, they took because they thought it was legitimate, and the outcome would have been not guilty,” he said.
He plans to file paperwork under a new state law to recover legal fees from the DA’s office, estimating costs to exceed $10 million.
This will be absolutely devastating to the GA DA’s office.
With the case tossed and Trump’s team demanding full repayment, Fani Willis is now cornered as Georgia law forces her office to cover massive attorney fees. pic.twitter.com/s1c3zAzrLN

At the end of the day, what’s happening to Fani Willis is bigger than one lawsuit or one prosecutor. It’s a pattern. Every single person who weaponized the legal system against President Trump has watched their own career implode. Alvin Bragg, Jack Smith, Letitia James, Fani Willis, etc. One by one, the Trump Curse eats these scammers alive.

And now, with this Georgia law, Trump gets to walk away not only vindicated, but also hand Big Fani the bill for her own political sidedshow. The only question left is whether this $10M fallout could be the end of her miserable and disgraceful career.
Either way, Big Fani Part 2 is shaping up to be even worse for her than the original distress she created… and it couldn’t happen to a BIGGER flop.
