America invites people to come here for a better life. But somewhere along the way, a lot of the big winners stopped assimilating and started organizing against the American people. They didn’t blend in and join the fun. They built a political machine that works for them and screws the rest of us over.

And our politicians, instead of protecting American workers, joined in on the scam. If you follow the rules, you get pushed aside. If you learn how to work the loopholes, you get the golden goose and all her eggs.

That brings us to a lobbying group most Americans have never heard of, even though they’ve quietly rewritten huge parts of our immigration system from behind the curtain. It’s called ITServe Alliance, and thanks to a newly surfaced internal document, we now have proof that they’ve been gaming the H-1B and OPT systems for years, shaping memos, suing agencies into submission, and pushing Congress to rubber-stamp their agenda. The same agenda that has destroyed the American worker.

Here’s the X post that lays it out. This will give you a glimpse of just how deeply this group has been embedded in the H1-B and OPT process and how aggressively they’ve worked to bend federal policy in their favor.

This is the group’s own internal document, spelling out exactly how they flipped policy, pressured agencies, and shaped the H-1B system to serve themselves. Read this and tell me this isn’t a cartel running circles around our government:

This is the part that should make every American furious. They list each victory like trophies on a shelf: reversed memos, kneecapped wage rules, blocked reforms, lawsuits that forced USCIS to back down, and legislative plans already drafted for lawmakers to rubber-stamp. All while American workers get shafted.

So that’s the big ugly picture: a foreign-born lobbying bloc openly bragging about outmaneuvering USCIS, DOL, and Congress through paperwork, lawsuits, and relentless pressure campaigns that reshaped entire sections of immigration law to keep their visa pipeline flowing nice and strong.

They flooded the labor market, crushed wages, and locked American workers out of their own industries, all while pretending it was about so-called “skills shortages.” And all the while, the Swamp smiled and handed them the keys.

But the bombshell memo is just half of the story… Because once you see how these networks actually operate in the Swamp, it’s a lot easier to understand how other networks, operating on the same pipeline plan, also exploit Americans in the real world. Lobbying on one end, international scamming on the other. Different branches, same tree.

And that’s where this next story comes in…

Two men from the same region tied to the same immigration pipeline are now charged in Wisconsin with draining an elderly woman of more than six hundred thousand dollars in gold. Prosecutors say they were acting as part of a coordinated international network with handlers back in… you guessed it… India.

India West:

Kenosha County prosecutors have zeroed in on two Gujaratis from the Chicago suburbs, alleging they played a central role in siphoning off more than $653,000 in gold from an elderly woman in Wisconsin. Authorities say the pair were not small-time operators but links in a larger, internationally coordinated network stretching back to India.

Charges were filed on November 20 against Jagdish Kumar Nandani and Chintan Thakkar, both originally from Gujarat, accusing them of money laundering over $100,000 and theft of movable property over $100,000.

According to investigators, the scheme unfolded after the victim received a series of calls from a man impersonating a federal agent. He allegedly convinced her that her bank accounts were hacked and tied to criminal activity, urging her to convert her life savings into gold for “safekeeping.”

Believing she was cooperating with authorities, the woman handed over $332,750 in gold on March 1 and another $139,500 on March 15 at her Kenosha home. She later sold her house out of fear it had also been compromised, turned the proceeds into gold, and surrendered that as well. Her total loss crossed $653,000.

Police in Addison, Illinois, arrested Nandani in March. Officers said he admitted picking up gold in Kenosha and identified Thakkar as his partner.  Police say both were in communication with contacts in India including one person known only as Rahul.

Investigators said most of the money was sent out of the country and that the two Gujaratis are part of a network rather than freelance scammers.

So, basically, the same loopholes that let lobbyists twist federal policy behind the scenes are the same loopholes that let organized crews drain an elderly woman of her entire life savings and ship the money overseas. Different operation, same ecosystem. America is wide open, and the people who know how to exploit the cracks are living large, while we look like fools.

And speaking of epic pipelines and scams, we recently covered the massive scandal coming out of Kentucky, where a secret network turned the University of the Cumberlands into a foreign-worker trafficking ring. What looked like a sleepy rural campus was actually functioning as a Day-1 CPT conveyor belt, engineered by an Indian businessman named Anil Palla, who figured out how to use yet another loophole in our own broken-down system as a backdoor into the H-1B pipeline.

Americans feel like they’re living under a government run by an elite class that behaves more like royalty than public servants. It isn’t one president, one party, or one administration. It’s the permanent US government that consists of elected and unelected insiders… all the bureaucrats, consultants, lobbyists, and corporate middlemen who are perched high above everyone else while regular Americans are treated like peasants expected to stay quiet and keep the machine running. And when that elite class builds a system with loopholes big enough to swallow us whole, it’s no wonder foreigners slither over and start pillaging.

The H1-B scam is a perfect example of that screwed-up system.

Sure, you can get angry at the foreigners who waltz through the open door, but the real blame sits with the people who built the door in the first place. They decorated it, propped it open, and then ignored it when everyone flooded in. That’s exactly what you’re looking at in this latest situation at Kentucky University of the Cumberlands and a crafty Indian businessman, Anil Palla, who figured out how to turn a rural American university into a Day-1 CPT pipeline… or, to put it simpler, a backdoor into the H-1B system that our own government has been too corrupt or too comfortable to fix.

We’re being hollowed out by people who know exactly how weak and exploitable our system has become. And it’s been this way for years. The political class makes money, the middlemen get rich, foreign workers get the green light, and Americans get squeezed out of their own job market while being told it’s “good for the economy.”

If you want to understand how deep this scam really goes, just look at the numbers coming out of Kentucky. While the rest of America saw Indian student enrollment drop off a cliff, Kentucky magically became the hottest destination in the country. There was a 70 percent spike in one state, driven almost entirely by two private universities nobody had ever heard of until this entire mess exploded.

If America wants a fighting chance, the first order of business has to be dismantling the entire machine. Tear out the lobbyists who built their careers on screwing over American workers. Expose the policymakers who took meetings, took calls, took donations, and handed over our labor market one crappy memo at a time. Bring in the sunlight. Name the names. Drag out the calendars, the emails, the White House logs, the Hill meetings, the PAC donations, the sponsorships, yada, yada, yada. Ask every last one of these politicians what they got in return for flushing an entire generation of American workers down the toilet.

This was (and still is) a coordinated, well-funded, deeply entrenched effort to bury Americans in their own country while foreign lobbyists write the rules and our leaders nod along.
