Another preventable tragedy has shown the world just how dangerous America’s roads have become. Three innocent lives were snuffed out when an illegal Indian truck driver, Harjinder Singh, made an insane u-turn on a Florida turnpike.

If Singh’s name sounds familiar, it’s because there are unconfirmed reports that he is the same inept (illegal) driver who, a few years back, took out a historic Arkansas bridge after ignoring the posted warning signs.

Either way, he should never have been on the road to begin with, yet here we are, with three more victims and a national scandal that’s now impossible to ignore.

This horrific vehicular homicide is shining a bright light on the massive problem we’ve been warning about for years: unqualified foreign drivers wreaking havoc across the US and Canada. And now, Washington is finally being forced to respond.

Here’s the breaking post that shows how big this has gotten… ICE and DHS are now considering immigration enforcement at truck weigh stations across America.

BREAKING: The Department of Homeland Security has just confirmed to me that ICE is seriously considering immigration enforcement at Truck Weigh Stations across America.

This follows a criminal alien truck driver killing three Americans in Florida when he executed an illegal u-turn.

Harjinder Singh entered the country illegally and was handed a Commercial Driver’s License from California. He’s being charged with manslaughter after killing three American Citizens.

DHS spokesperson tells me ICE enforcement at Truck stops and DOT Weigh Stations are “on the table.”

“Secretary Noem and DHS is keeping all enforcement options on the table to keep Americans safe. This should have never happened.”

“Three innocent people were killed in Florida because Gavin Newsom’s California DMV issued an illegal alien a Commercial Driver’s License—this state of governance is asinine.

How many more innocent people have to die before Gavin Newsom stops playing games with the safety of the American public? We pray for the victims and their families.”

According to trucking industry insiders, illegal aliens are rampant in the profession.

This should be enforced ASAP, because there are a lot of unqualified foreign drivers killing innocent Americans. This foreigner was issued a CDL, drove on the wrong side of the road, and brutally murdered three innocent people.

Turns out the killer wasn’t drunk; he just didn’t understand the rules of the road yet was still handed the keys to a 60-ton death machine.

8 News Now:

A truck driver who fabricated his logbooks, drove on the wrong side of the road, and then collided with three people, killing them, will serve the maximum penalty, a judge ordered Wednesday.

In June, Claude Rafiki, 29, of Michigan, pleaded guilty to three counts of reckless driving resulting in death. The triple-fatal crash happened on March 23 on State Route 163 near Laughlin. Prosecutors described the truck as a “nuclear bomb on the road,” adding it was on the wrong side of the road for nearly 30 seconds.

The crash killed Owen Hart, 22; Athena Taylor, 21; and Jeremy Gebo, 44; all of St. George, Utah. Hart and Taylor were recently engaged.

Rafiki, an African immigrant who became a U.S. citizen in 2021, originally faced DUI charges, which prosecutors later dropped as test results did not show alcohol or drugs in his system.

We’ve been warning about this problem. In fact, we recently exposed how the Punjabi trucking lobby built a political empire inside The Swamp, with direct ties to Biden’s regime and taxpayer-funded programs that prioritized foreign drivers over American safety.

Revolver:

The Punjabi trucking lobby has built its own little political empire. The North American Punjabi Trucking Association (NAPTA) is a “non-profit” and has deep ties to the Swamp and had direct access to the Biden White House and involvement in programs funded with US taxpayer money. They had federal grants and apprenticeship funds. Biden’s own trucking initiatives have created an environment where groups like NAPTA benefit, even as safety falls apart on America’s roads.

Biden’s goal to flood the trucking industry with unqualified, foreign-speaking drivers was so disturbing that alarm bells were going off. But that didn’t matter; the Biden regime barreled ahead, pushing policies that prioritized speed and quotas over safety. Biden’s DEI/pro-foreign-worker policies were so bad that even Raman Dhillon, CEO of the Punjabi trucking association, had to admit it.

Overdrive Online:

“Raman Dhillon, CEO of a U.S. Punjabi trucking association, said his warnings to the Biden White House about unvetted foreign drivers fell on deaf ears as the ‘driver shortage’ narrative dominated the conversation.”

“Given the priorities of the Biden‑Harris plan, the influx of drivers who can’t speak English ‘was bound to happen,’ Dhillon said.”

It’s important to note that Dhillon isn’t tied to the Punjab Truck Driving School that’s churning out licenses in 21 days. But as we mentioned, he runs the North American Punjabi Trucking Association, a lobbying group that claims to care about safety, even while pushing policies in Washington that ultimately benefit the same foreign driver pipeline. In other words, the schools cut corners, and the association provides political cover.

Meanwhile, US roads are a deathtrap. Just look at these u-turns that these Indian drivers make. This is similar to the move that caused the death of three innocent people in a minivan on a Florida Turnpike.

This problem isn’t going away. America can’t just patch the cracks while foreign lobbying groups and corrupt state governments keep flooding our roads with unqualified foreign truck drivers. Yes, immigration enforcement at weigh stations is a good start, but it won’t be enough.

We need to cut off the snake’s head. That means cleaning out the trucking companies rigged to put illegals behind the wheel and holding states like California accountable for handing out licenses to illegals who have no business being here, let alone driving.

Anything less, and more innocent Americans will pay the price. It’s time to make our roads safe again.
