Lock Him Up? That’s the sentiment going around the internet right now, thanks to some damning new information involving former FBI Director James Comey.

Comey, who spent years trying to take down President Trump, may finally be facing the music. Newly declassified documents reveal that Comey actually ordered the FBI to leak classified information to the New York Times during Trump’s first term.

Now, if this is true, this isn’t just another “Comey being Comey” scandal; it’s a federal crime. Leaking classified material isn’t just some slap-on-the-wrist offense – unless you’re Hillary Clinton, that is…

Also, there’s a ten-year statute of limitations on “knowingly and willfully” leaking classified information, and this order allegedly went down in April 2017. That means the clock is still ticking, and there’s still time to drag Comey in front of a grand jury.

This would explain why Nicolle Wallace over at MSNBC looked like someone had just kicked her puppy. Her husband would have been one of the recipients of those classified documents from Comey, which would make him a co-conspirator.

And if you thought Comey’s leaks were bad, buckle up, because it looks like he might not have been the only one spilling sensitive information all over the place. A newly declassified FBI interview summary from 2017 suggests that Rep. Eric Swalwell  – the guy who reportedly had an affair with a Chinese spy – may have been at the center of a steady drip of leaks from the Russia probe.

According to the report, Swalwell was flagged as “the source of a lot of leaked information” and even had to be counseled to “be more careful.” Counseled? This man should have been removed from his post faster than you can say “Fang Fang.”

interview summary from 2017 about intelligence leaks from the Russia probes.

While the interview subject’s name is withheld, it appears to be a member of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence.

According to the FBI report known as a ‘302,’ (redacted) “noted Swalwell has been the source of a lot of leaked information and had to be counseled to be more careful.”

Looks like there are a lot of leaky pipes in the swamp right now. But the biggest fish is still Comey – and speaking of “big,” Mike Davis put it best when he said the Bureau of Prisons should start ordering 6’8” jumpsuits for the lurching former FBI director.

Most federal crimes have a 5-year statute of limitations.

But the Espionage Act (18 U.S.C. § 793) has 10.

And covering up the criminal conspiracy continues it.

Lawyer up,@comey.

Justice is coming.

And the Bureau of Prisons should start ordering 6’8” jumpsuits.
