Another day, another humiliating smackdown for Obama-appointed, Trump Derangement Syndrome–infected Judge James Boasberg. This time, it’s a 2–1 ruling from the DC Circuit Court of Appeals overturning his latest stunt—an order that would have initiated “contempt” proceedings against the Trump administration over the Alien Enemies Act deportations. The ruling was a majority opinion from two Trump-appointed judges, with the lone dissent coming from… yep, you guessed it… an Obama appointee.

The latest win means mass deportations under the Alien Enemies Act will continue, despite Dems’ desperate obsession with keeping dangerous criminals in the country illegally. Boasberg’s efforts to derail this America First enforcement weren’t just a legal flop; they were a political stunt that blew up in his face.

He and the Dems look foolish.

But it’s more serious than just looking like a buffoon for Boasberg.

Even the DC Circuit has had enough with Judge Boasberg. Mandamus order issued against him preventing him from pursuing any further criminal contempt proceedings against the Trump administration and allowing the Trump administration to enforce federal immigration law. Mandamus is almost impossible to get in federal court, and the fact that this was granted here shows just how crazy things have gotten in the district court.

And let’s not forget, this is the same crooked judge who bent over backward to protect Ray Epps, the mysterious man caught on video riling up crowds to “charge” the Capitol on January 6th.

Boasberg handed Epps probation while slapping harsh sentences on countless other J6 defendants. If Americans ever get the full truth about Epps and whether he was working as a federal asset, the entire J6 narrative the regime has clung to will collapse in a heartbeat.

He gave Ray probation while locking everyone else up.

That is why it is important for Americans to once and for all know if Ray Epps was a federal asset on Jan 6th.

(Hint: he was)

It would unravel the entire operation.

It’s certainly curious how many of our anti-Trump leaders rush to defend Ray Epps, a man who arguably did more to ignite the chaos on J6 than anyone else.

Also, the DOJ has filed an official misconduct complaint against the weaponized judge.

The U.S. Department of Justice has filed a formal misconduct complaint against Chief U.S. District Judge James Boasberg, a prominent federal judge in Washington, D.C., accusing him of violating judicial ethics by making improper public remarks about President Donald Trump and his administration.

Let’s hope he gets slapped once more for good measure.

In the meantime, the good news is Boasberg’s hands are now tied, and his reign of lawfare terror may finally be coming to an end.
