As you likely know by now, Jack Smith’s lawfare crusade against President Trump officially collapsed. The left threw everything they had at Trump, hoping their sham indictments would be the Hail Mary that stopped him from taking back the White House. It was straight from the dirty Dem playbook… weaponize the justice system, drag the process out, and bleed your opponent dry in court, while giving the regime-run media all the juicy headlines they needed.

But it didn’t work. Trump won, and Smith’s cases are now dust. And in the most poetic twist, the man who tried to take down Trump is the one now being hunted.

Look back at the chaos and plotting just one year ago, and you’ll see how ready for battle these Deep State operatives were.

One year ago this week, Judge Tanya Chutkan set a Sept 2024 hearing to quickly restart Jack Smith’s J6 case against the president in DC after a months-long delay awaiting SCOTUS immunity opinion.

One year ago this week, Jack Smith was appealing Judge Aileen Cannon’s order dismissing the documents case in Florida against the president based on the unconstitutional appointment of the special counsel.

One year ago this week, Steve Bannon was in a CT federal prison and Peter Navarro had just been released from prison–both on contempt of Congress charges.

And one year ago this week, the public was told the faux “Joy!” of the Harris-Walz ticket would result in Democrats keeping the White House.

Smith is now under investigation for allegedly abusing his role as Special Counsel to meddle in the 2024 election. This is a role reversal that’s so wild, it’s practically cinematic. But it’s this latest twist that could be the final blow for ol’ Jack.

According to investigative journalist John Solomon, the case being built against Smith weaves together several grand juries that span from DC and New York all the way into Florida, and the whole thing hinges on one explosive claim: Jack Smith’s appointment as Special Counsel was illegal.

Now, if you’ve been paying attention all these years, you know this claim about “legality” has been made repeatedly.

But as the case weaves through the courts, more serious ears are starting to perk up. That alleged illegality links directly to the Mar-a-Lago raid—the one where feds rifled through Melania Trump’s underwear drawer—and could shift the entire legal battlefield to Ft. Pierce, Florida, far from the swampy city limits of DC.

In other words, not exactly friendly territory for Jack.

The overlying charge here is “deprivation of civil liberties under color of government.” Of course, there’s a slew of other criminal acts layered under it.
