Tesla is officially in the Left’s crosshairs—and it’s going to get a lot uglier before it gets better. When progressive extremists find a cause to beat into the ground, they’re like a dog with a bone.
At this point, left-wing radicals have moved beyond your basic, run-of-the-mill censorship and soft boycotts. They’re now openly organizing campaigns of harassment, intimidation, and economic sabotage—and they’re targeting you, the American consumer. Because if you dare to buy the wrong car, vote the wrong way, or support the wrong platform, you’re fair game.
And they’ll come after you—tearing you apart, limb by limb.
Case in point: the “Tesla Takedown.”
Dem lawfare kingpin Marc Elias is now connected to a coordinated campaign targeting Tesla owners and Musk supporters. Just looking at it, it may appear like any other left-wing protest effort. But if you peel back a few layers, it starts to look like something much darker.
They want this anti-Tesla stuff to sound like just another hashtag movement. Another righteous cause. Another noble crusade against the big bad Right, yada, yada, yada.
But as Douglass Mackey pointed out in a legal analysis that deserves attention—this isn’t just activism.
It may actually be a federal crime.
Mackey was responding to a post by WarRoom’s Natalie Winters, who revealed that Elias is advising activist groups like Common Power and Troublemakers, the main players behind the “Stop the Trump/Musk Coup” campaign. According to Winters, these groups are partnered with Elias Law Group and are spearheading the so-called “Tesla Takedown.”
Here’s what Natalie Winters said in her X post:
🚨 Marc Elias is advising activist groups coordinating Tesla protests.
Common Power is partnered with TroubleMakers on its “Stop the Trump/Musk Coup”. It’s also partnered with Elias Law Group.
Troublemakers is the primary organizer of the “Tesla Takedown” campaign.
And here’s what Mackey wrote in his response on X:
There is no way that Libtards can “Take Down Tesla” without violence and vandalism.
Normal Americans don’t care what libtards think and would keep buying Teslas.
Libtard objective is terror campaign to scare people away from buying Teslas and should be considered illegal intimidation.
It’s an 18 USC 241 Conspiracy to Threaten and Intimidate Americans exercising their right to freely travel in public and engage in commerce.

Think about this: the same federal law the DOJ twisted to throw Mackey in prison over a meme could—and should—be used to indict these left-wing agitators in one fell swoop.
If you’ve never heard of 18 U.S.C. § 241, you’re not alone. As it turns out, this is a post-Civil War statute originally designed to stop violent groups like the KKK from physically preventing black Americans from voting or exercising basic rights.
Here’s what it says:
If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States…
That’s the exact law the DOJ used to convict Mackey. They claimed that a satirical meme from 2016 somehow oppressed voters by joking that they could text in their vote for Hillary. Never mind that no victim was ever produced, and no actual harm was proven. Those are just pesky little facts the DOJ doesn’t care about. They needed a scalp—and Mackey was easy prey.
Now fast-forward to 2025. Left-wing activists are organizing public harassment campaigns against American citizens and businesses. They’re coordinating online. They’re targeting specific political enemies. They’re attempting to scare consumers away from buying a car, using a public smear campaign dressed up as activism.
These groups are not even hiding their signature branding, as Laura Loomer points out in her X post.
Yesterday while he was reporting on the Tesla Takedown in Manhasset, NY, @CcpSkipTracer saw this sign that said “@elonmusk IS A NAZI.”
The sign had the branding from Indivisible on it. @IndivisibleTeam
is one of the main groups that is organizing the anti-Elon, Tesla Takedown protesters.Indivisible is associated with @sunrisemvmt and the TroubleMakers group out of Seattle that has been organizing @Tesla Takedowns. Many of the Protests are organized by all of these groups as a collaborative effort.

And right on cue, the usual Soros-backed suspects are barking out marching orders to their foot soldiers:

What do they have to hide? pic.twitter.com/DnnjbgNSkp

What are these groups hiding? Apparently, a lot…
Look:

That is textbook intimidation. And under § 241, that means it’s a criminal conspiracy.
And speaking of left-wing militants, maybe it’s time for Elon to consider lawsuits like this one against radical Greenpeace.
A jury found Greenpeace liable for hundreds of millions over pipeline protests which caused the business they were protesting a lot of money.
@elonmusk should sue the organizers and funders of the groups that are targeting Tesla for the same reason. The groups are Indivisible, Sunrise, and Extinction Rebellion among others.

Meanwhile, the FBI, under Kash Patel and Dan Bongino, is taking terror attacks against Tesla very seriously.
The FBI launched a task force Monday to try to nail the criminals setting fire to Tesla vehicles and charging stations — calling the acts “domestic terrorism” and eyeing an anarchy blog calling for more.
The bureau has received reports of 48 instances so far this month related to Tesla vehicles, dealerships and charging stations and is investigating at least seven of them in conjunction with local law enforcement, The Post has learned.
The agency’s newly formed 10-person task force will deploy ATF personnel — special agents and intelligence analysts from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives in the Treasury Department — and personnel from the FBI’s Counterterrorism Division, including its Domestic Terrorism Operations Section and Weapons of Mass Destruction.
ATF is also embedding personnel in FBI field offices starting with San Antonio, Texas, where some of the Molotov cocktail attacks have been carried out.
These attacks are being treated as domestic terrorism, and those who are handing out the violence and funding it will be hunted down and prosecuted. The New York Post piece goes on:
The FBI is treating the attacks as “domestic terrorism” and tracking people who threaten to carry out vandalism on the electric-vehicle company as part of a revenge plot on Musk’s government intervention as head of the controversial Department of Government Efficiency.
“[FBI] Director [Kash] Patel has been unequivocally clear: The FBI will be relentless in its mission to protect the American people,” an agency rep told The Post. “Acts of violence, vandalism, and domestic terrorism — like the recent Tesla attacks — will be pursued with the full force of the law.”
Three people have been arrested so far for some of the attacks, which involved lighting Tesla cars and charging stations on fire. US Attorney General Pam Bondi has also labeled the cases “domestic terrorism” and stressed that the individuals are facing up to 20 years in prison.
But the real kicker here is that we now know how the DOJ operates—because they showed us with Mackey’s case. They laid out the playbook for everybody to see:
- Find a politically inconvenient target
- Accuse them of “conspiring” online
- Claim their words had implied intent to influence behavior
- Charge them under § 241 and deny them basic due process
So based on that blueprint, let’s flip it: We have public evidence that activists are conspiring, online and in public, to target Tesla buyers and harass Musk supporters. They’re openly planning to disrupt commerce, restrict free movement, and influence behavior through intimidation.
That’s not protest. That’s not some form of righteous democracy or stopping a “coup.” That’s a federal offense.
The Trump DOJ should act accordingly.
Because, let’s face it, the Biden regime made the rules. They used some ancient civil rights law to put a meme-maker in prison. They turned disinformation into felony charges. They criminalized jokes to protect their power.
SFine.
Now we use their rules—against them.
If President Trump wants to get serious about dismantling the lawfare machine that’s currently in place, it starts by going back to the laws the Left abused—and applying them to this latest terrorism.
It starts with the “Tesla Takedown.”
It starts with § 241.
And it starts by holding the real conspirators accountable.

If Trump wants a DOJ that actually enforces the law, this statute becomes a loaded weapon, ready to fire in the other direction and take down his enemies, one by one.
