A Michigan Democrat just sterilized herself because Trump is president again. Yes, you read that right. Rep. Laurie Pohutsky, a 36-year-old liberal “bisexual” lawmaker, got up on stage at a protest rally and proudly announced she had surgery to make sure she would never get pregnant in Donald Trump’s America.

But truthfully, did she really have any options, anyway?

And while her fellow leftist loons probably consider this some kind of feminist battle cry, the rest of us are sitting back and laughing.

A liberal Michigan state representative revealed Wednesday that she underwent a sterilization surgery that would prevent her from getting pregnant now that President Trump is back in the White House.

The shocking admission by Rep. Laurie Pohutsky, 36, was made during a rally at the Michigan Capitol where protesters voiced their opposition to Trump’s return to power last month.

“Just under two weeks ago, I underwent surgery to ensure that I would never have to navigate a pregnancy in Donald Trump’s America,” Pohutsky said, according to the Michigan Advance.

“I refuse to let my body be treated as currency by an administration that only sees value in my ability to procreate.”

“If you know people who are questioning how serious this is, I’m going to repeat myself: A sitting government official opted for voluntary sterilization because she was uncertain she would be able to access contraception in the future,” she told the outlet.

The kicker here is that clearly, nobody on Planet Earth was trying to force this woman into motherhood, but apparently, in her mind, Trump’s return meant she had no choice but to take a scalpel to her reproductive system.

Now, that’s some next-level crazy and a pretty radical way to get 15 minutes of progressive PR.

Of course, she’s an abortion radical who pushes first-degree murder of young babies.

Rep. Laurie Pohutsky @lpohutsky19 has been on a crusade to enable abortion of unborn babies up until birth since we entered the legislature together 6 years ago.

She very well knows that President Trump can not take away her ability to abort her unborn baby here in Michigan.

Publicly announcing the destruction of her reproductive system to further misinformation for political gain must be condemned by all.

In no way should any political leader promote self harm, especially to promote blatant falsehoods.

And her claim that she wouldn’t allow her body to be treated as currency by an administration that supposedly only values women for their ability to procreate is really rich.

But hey, if her Trump-induced meltdown led to her voluntarily checking out of the maternity ward, we’ll call that a big win for America!
