By now, you’ve probably seen or at least heard about the cringeworthy video of former Disney child star Selena Gomez crying like a toddler over the deportation of illegals—who she calls “her people.”

Her people? She’s an American who lives here legally.

Unless she has some deep connection to murderers, rapists, and drug and human traffickers, it’s unclear how exactly they qualify as “her people.”

Selena Gomez is finding out the hard way that this isn’t 2016 anymore. She eventually deleted the video after receiving tons of backlash. But here’s the hard truth, emotions are one thing, but they don’t trump our laws. Furthermore, Selena’s hysterical emotions appear to be all theatrics. After all, was she crying hysterically over Bill Clinton and Barack Obama’s deportations?

Of course not. There was nothing in it for her, so the Kleenex stayed in the box.

Insurrection Barbie:

Bill Clinton deported 12 million illegals. Media silent.

Barack Obama deported 3 million illegals. Media silent.

Donald Trump deported 1 million illegals in his first term. The media brands him a racist and a Nazi.

We are done listening to the media. We do not care if you do not like deportations.

They are happening.

Selena’s crying fit reminds us of this pathetic staged stunt:

Did Selena cry her eyes out for these young American women struck down in the prime of their lives thank to violent and rapey illegals?

No, of course not. She didn’t even blink twice over their rapes and murders.

One TikTok’er even shared a story with Selena about her sister who was brutally murdered by an illegal.

Will Selena Gomez watch that heartfelt video about a murdered American woman and cry?

Nah.

That’s because Selena’s crocodile tears are nothing more than a PR stunt. She’s milking her 15 minutes of anti-Trump fame for all it’s worth. Her painfully woke DEI-driven film, “Emilia Perez,” just snagged 13 (undeserved) Oscar nominations, and now she’s trying to ride that wave—racking up more progressive brownie points along the way, and the American people can see right through it.

Hopefully, Selena sees this message from Tom Homan and learns a thing or two. She can either keep her mouth shut and spare us the fake tears, or, if she really wants to help, she can encourage illegals to do the right thing—respect her country, consider her fellow citizens, and follow the law.
