President Trump’s triumphant return to the White House is just around the corner, bringing with it the promise of better days ahead. Among those people anxiously awaiting some much-needed changes are the J6 political prisoners, who’ve been persecuted and treated like prisoners in a North Korean regime. So, when you talk about pardons, many in MAGA believe that everybody, regardless of what they did, should get a blanket pardon. After all, the entire day was one big trap, carefully designed and cultivated to ensnare President Trump and his supporters.
J6 was such a staged and elaborate trap that many argue the violence was provoked by the Capitol Police and federal informants. If you fire into a crowd, what do you think is going to happen?
The Capitol Police fired into a peaceful crowd. No warnings were given

There is so much about J6 that hasn’t been answered, and many of our politicians aren’t asking enough questions.
As a matter of fact, one GOP Senator is fighting extra hard to make sure J6 pardons are few and far between.
No one is fighting J6 pardons harder than @SenThomTillis

It’s the Republican Senator from North Carolina, still pushing the left-wing narrative that Trump supporters were evil, violent, and attacked police without any provocation.
Thom Tillis says he saw lots of injured police on Jan 6 and clearly gets angry at suggestion Pres Trump will pardon anyone convicted of assaulting police. GFU

We wonder: how does Tillis feel about Ashli Babbitt—an unarmed veteran—being shot to death by a cop with a long history of safety infractions? Oddly enough, Thom didn’t bother to bring her up during the hearing. Go figure, right?
Meanwhile, to deflect from his weak stance on J6 pardons, Senator Tillis is now trying to score some brownie points by touting his support for Trump’s nominees. He’s even waving around a recent Breitbart article as proof that he’s all-in for America First.
“Senator Tillis has been focused on reviewing the nominees in his committees of jurisdiction and making sure they get fair hearings, and he is working on making sure Pam Bondi and Kash Patel get through the Senate Judiciary Committee and get confirmed on the floor,” Tillis spokesman Daniel Keylin told Breitbart News on Wednesday. “Senator Tillis trusts his Republican colleagues to ensure that all of President Trump’s nominees get a fair confirmation process, and any nominee that gets a favorable vote out of committee will get the Senator’s vote on the floor.”
Here’s the thing: Tillis and the rest of the GOP don’t deserve “gold stars” for supporting their Republican president and his agenda. That should go without saying. He’s not doing us some incredible favor by backing Trump and his nominees—it’s what the American people demand and what he’s paid to do.
Hey @SenThomTillis, go to hell!

But here’s the kicker: you can’t be on board with one critical issue and outright hostile to another. That’s not how this works, and Mr. Tillis is about to learn that the hard way. The J6 issue is central to the MAGA movement because it stands as a glaring example of just how crooked and rotted the DOJ and the US justice system have become under the Biden regime.
That’s precisely how Senator Grassley described it: rot.
CHAIRMAN GRASSLEY: “Ms. Bondi — should you be confirmed — the actions you take to change the DOJ's course must be for accountability, so this never happens again.. The only way to accomplish this is through transparency.”

Julie Kelly also makes this same point, brilliantly.
THE ISSUE OF PARDONS IS NOT ABOUT THE CONDUCT OF J6ERS IT IS ABOUT THE CONDUCT OF THE DOJ, FBI, DC COURTS AND DC JURIES TO SYSTEMATICALLY VIOLATE THE CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS OF AMERICANS WHO ENGAGED IN A POLITICAL PROTEST.
THIS IS NOT HARD, REPUBLICANS.

Speaking of Julie Kelly, she has been a tireless advocate for J6 prisoners, fighting relentlessly for their them for years. As she correctly points out, veterans and police officers with otherwise spotless records are being treated as if they were members of ISIS—when in reality, they’re righteously angry Americans who believe they watched their 2020 votes get tossed aside.
And they’re probably 100 percent right.
🚨Julie Kelly calls for PARDONING ALL January 6th prisoners:
"Pardon them all. You have people who have veterans and police officers with no criminal record who have been thrown in jail." pic.twitter.com/QvCS98OPHS

However, to be fair, Tillis might be the face of the GOP anti-J6 pardons, but he’s not the only one guilty of not giving a damn. As Julie Kelly points out, not one single Republican Senator called out the lawfare and legal abuse that J6 prisoners have dealt with.
Unless I missed it, not a single Republican senator raised the abusive, selective J6 prosecution during today’s Senate Judiciary committee hearing–with the exception of Thom Tillis and Lindsey Graham, who forcefully signaled their opposition to pardons for people who “beat up” police.
Also, with all due respect @HawleyMO–an FBI memo about spying on Catholics that did not result in any armed raid, arrest, charge, conviction, and incarceration is not “one of the worse abuses in DOJ/FBI history.” That would be the so called “Capitol Siege” probe.
I hope the GOPs collective snub of J6ers today represents some brilliant plan to ignore the matter for now then endorse whatever Pres Trump and AG Bondi do related to pardons. But “brilliant” and “GOP Senate” never seem to go hand in hand.

Thom Tillis and the rest of the GOP are about to learn the hard way that we’re done playing by two sets of rules. Gone are the days when the left unapologetically defends their own—even murderers and terrorists—while we sit back and chastise decent Americans for being angry that their national election was a total sham. People are waking up to the fact that the government, media, judicial system, and so-called “experts” are likely all in on it.

No more. Those days are over.
So, Thom and his crew better get on board, or they’ll face the wrath of a MAGA “cancel culture” that’ll have their seat up for grabs faster than they can say “America First.”
