What on earth is going on in Los Angeles these days? No, we’re not talking about the homeless crisis, drug epidemic, skyrocketing crime, insane cost of living, or the swarm of perverts roaming the streets. This time, we’re zeroed in on the raging fires tearing through the city—and the lackluster DEI fire department, along with state and city leadership, clowning their way through this devastating nightmare.

While fire literally consumes the city, it’s becoming painfully clear that poor fire and city management, combined with DEI leadership infecting the LAFD, has created this disaster. From a DEI gay fire chief seemingly more focused on her personal escapades than building a competent department, to a mayor and governor who can’t even keep water in the hydrants—it’s been a colossal parade of progressive failures.

WATCH: Despite a complete failure of preparation — including a lack of water and working fire hydrants — LA’s Democrat Mayor Karen Bass takes no responsibility and blames the “unprecedented” winds for the fires:

“The water problems are a little better now because the winds are such that we can go up and have that air support — that was the reason that the devastation was so bad, the unprecedented wind, the strength of the wind.”

The DEI mayor can’t even answer basic questions—she just stands there, blinking into the camera like a deer caught in headlights.

And now, as if things couldn’t get more absurd, there’s a viral video making the rounds. It features hulking LAFD Assistant Chief Kristine Larson, who thinks she’s smashing glass ceilings with her giant, feminist hose. Spoiler alert: she’s not. Instead, she’s proving exactly why DEI hires aren’t just a step down—they’re downright dangerous and completely incapable of performing life-saving tasks.

The part of the video grabbing everyone’s attention in the most jaw-dropping way is when she answers a simple question: Would you be physically able to carry my husband out of a fire to safety?

Her response was absolutely insane. It’ll leave you wondering if this clip is actually an SNL skit. Spoiler alert: sadly, it’s not. According to this lumbering woman, if your “stupid” husband finds himself in a house fire, that’s his own fault for being in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Yes, really. That’s what she said.

Also, Ms. Larson also seems to believe that when your house is on fire, your biggest concern is seeing someone from the fire department who “looks” like you.

So, if you’re an obese, handsome-looking black lady, you’ll be relieved to see Mrs. Larson when your house is burning down, or something like that.

And no, this isn’t an SNL skit—it’s real life, thanks to insane liberals.

Her logic is like a doctor refusing to treat someone because they didn’t follow a healthy lifestyle.

To make matters even more ridiculous, Ms. Larson earns nearly $400K a year to “root out” so-called “bigots” from the fire department.

The truth is, this beefy “lady” is a walking example of how DEI hires are drenched in self-entitlement. They believe whatever they’re doing is important simply because they’re part of the “minority club” handed the role of “trailblazer” on a silver platter.

The entire LAFD is one big “DEI” circus.

In these women’s minds, simply showing up every day is a world-saving act—and you should be grateful for that alone. Forget about actually performing the life-saving tasks they’re supposed to handle. Who cares about competence when you’ve got government-enforced entitlement, right?
