As the city of LA burns down to the ground, thanks to a laundry list of failures from California’s progressive “leaders,” the LGBTQ DEI fire chief is now complaining about a firefighter shortage.

Maybe she’s forgotten that during the COVID “pandemic” hysteria, hundreds of brave heroes were suspended or fired for refusing to take the dangerous jab.

We’ve covered DEI disasters erupting all over the country from every conceivable angle, but what’s happening in California right now takes the cake. From the gay fire chief to the black mayor, the sheer ineptitude on display isn’t just shocking—it’s downright deadly. Firefighter shortages, slashed budgets, and a lack of water to combat raging wildfires have created a perfect storm of chaos and danger.

And what is Gavin Newsom doing about the lack of water? Well, for starters, he’s throwing his hands up in the air.

This is what happens when leadership roles are filled based on skin color and sexual fetishes rather than competence and merit.

So, how did something like this happen? Well, reports suggest the powers that be refused to fill the reservoirs. And get this—while this is all unfolding, we’re discovering that DEI Mayor Karen Bass made massive budget cuts to the fire department, which is really strange, considering one of California’s most popular seasons is literally called “Fire.”

Karen Bass cut the fire department’s funding by a whopping $17.6 million.

And in case you didn’t know, the woman running the entire LA Fire Department is a DEI hire as well. And this “fire chief” is better known for her LGBTQ lifestyle than for her skills in managing teams or fighting fires.

Here’s a closeup of the LA Fire Chief’s top priorities. Notice, there’s nothing mentioned about fire safety or making sure there’s water for the firefighters.

Her biggest passion seems to be hiring more gay and female firefighters—not focusing on fire safety procedures or ensuring there’s enough dang water to put out raging infernos.

This raging fire disaster is a direct result of failed, dangerous DEI programs.

Apparently, that’s not working out too well, since she’s now complaining there aren’t enough firefighters to handle the blaze that’s ripping through the city. Maybe Los Angeles shouldn’t have punished and fired all those heroes for refusing the jab.

– They are not eligible for worker compensation if they are injured while fighting these fires

Another fun fact “As California reforms its prison system and more low-level offenders are sent home sooner, the state may have to entertain the idea of including more violent offenders in the firefighting ranks.”

WHERE DOES THE MONEY GO??

In addition, let’s not forget that President Trump has been urging California to fix their water problem for eons, even explaining how they could reroute water to prevent deadly wildfires. Did they listen? Of course not—DEI “trumps” common sense every single time.

President Trump also called out Newsom for prioritizing saving a tiny fish over sending water to the areas that desperately need it.

President-elect Donald Trump blamed California’s Gavin Newsom for the ‘apocalyptic’ wildfires ravaging the Pacific Palisades in Los Angeles — claiming he chose to save an extinct tiny fish species, instead of sending more water to southern California.

Trump raged that the Democratic governor blocked an order that would have diverted more water from the much wetter north to the state’s parched regions “including the areas that are currently burning in a virtually apocalyptic way.”

And as if the incompetence wasn’t bad enough, many reports circulating claim officials closed airspace to firefighting aircraft for Biden’s visit. The irony of a man so far gone that he doesn’t even know what’s going on “observing” the fires is the icing on the DEI cake.

But hey, at least all the people who’ve lost their homes now know Biden is a “great grandfather,” right?

But nobody should be shocked…

This is what happens when DEI reigns supreme over actual competence—lives are lost, cities burn, and “leadership” turns into a dangerous clown show. California’s massive DEI experiment isn’t just failing; it’s costing them everything.
