A massive foreign worker scandal is brewing at Apple. The company reportedly fired nearly 200 Indian employees after uncovering their involvement in a major scam—stealing charitable contributions. And of course, hardly anybody is covering the story.
Typical, right?
Now, the big question is this: are these the “best and brightest” workers we’ve been endlessly told about, ad nauseam?
NO WAY! HAHA, you can't make it up.

These foreign workers know our system is a convoluted joke. They understand that as long as they’re minorities, these corporations won’t dare question their actions. They’re exploiting our twisted, broken “woke” system and making absolute fools of us in the process.
It turns out the only media really talking about this massive scam and huge blemish on Silicon Valley, is the India press, ironically.
Several Telugu employees working at Apple in the Bay Area have reportedly lost their jobs.
Sources suggest that around 185 employees were affected. But why were only Telugus targeted? Well, this is not something related to cost-cutting layoffs.
Some Telugu associations in the USA reportedly misused Apple’s Matching Grants program. These organizations asked Telugu employees at Apple to donate to their nonprofit groups.
Apple, as part of its corporate social responsibility, matched the donations made by employees to the same nonprifit organizations.
However, investigations revealed that the funds donated by employees were being funneled back to them, and the entire scheme was designed to deceive Apple and extract money through matching grants for organizing biannual events.
Apple’s Finance Department noticed irregularities and reported the matter to the IRS. Upon investigation, the IRS uncovered the fraudulent activities.
Following this, Apple reportedly asked the employees involved to either resign on grounds of compromised integrity or face termination.
As a result, approximately 185 Telugu employees from Senior Manager cadre to the entry level executives, were let go from Apple in the Bay Area alone.
This incident has raised serious concerns about the integrity of some Telugu associations in the USA.
Telugu is an Indian language spoken in a region of India.
What can we find in the American press about this issue? Well, there is a story from a month ago from NBC Los Angeles related to Chinese workers abusing the same system.
Six former Apple employees are facing fraud charges in a scam that targeted the tech giant’s program for matching workers’ charitable donations, according to the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office.
The former employees, over a three-year period, tricked the tech company into matching thousands of dollars in donations to children’s charities when they were not in fact donating a thing, the DA’s Office said. The total take from the scheme was about $152,000.
Those charged are Siu Kei (Alex) Kwan, 37, of Castro Valley; Yathei (Hayson) Yuen, 34, of San Jose; Yat C (Sunny) Ng, 35, of Milpitas; Wentao (Victor) Li, 38 of Hayward; Lichao Ni, 39, of Sunnyvale; and Zheng Chang, 31, of Union City.
Kwan was the ringleader, the DA’s Office said.
The charges consist of multiple felony offenses, including grand theft, conspiracy to commit felony grand theft, perjury and tax fraud, the DA said.
From July 1, 2018, until April 6, 2021, the defendants defrauded Apple’s Matching Gifts Program when they pretended to make donations to the American Chinese International Cultural Exchange (ACICE) or Hop4Kids, the DA said. The workers’ donations were returned to them, and Kwan, the CEO of Hop4Kids and accountant for ACICE, kept Apple’s matching funds.
The defendants also defrauded the state of California when they wrote off their “charitable donations” on their tax returns, the DA’s Office said.
But nothing about the reported scandal over the Telugu workers.
This massive and embarrassing scandal comes on the heels of the heated debate over H-1B foreign workers—a topic we’ve covered from every conceivable angle. And speaking of scams, the entire foreign worker program is nothing more than one giant financial grift. We covered the rigged “lotto” system recently, and if you think it’s bad, trust us, it’s worse than you can imagine.
The H-1B “war” of 2024 is destined to go down in social media history. It’s equal parts productive and chaotic, with pro-foreign worker advocates like Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy squaring off against America First MAGA forces. Ultimately, this debate is a healthy exercise for the America First movement, airing its internal conflicts—especially before Trump’s anticipated return to the White House.
That said, we shouldn’t throw the baby out with the bathwater. Vivek and Elon don’t need to be thrown to the wolves over this issue. Sure, they could use a crash course in America First principles, but they also deserve the opportunity to get creative and course-correct. A good starting point? Taking a hard look at the system they support and acknowledging just how disastrous it really is.
Honestly, we’re dealing with a system so broken it’s beyond repair—especially the so-called “lotto” system at the heart of the entire H-1B scheme. Calling it “rigged” would actually be a compliment.
Yes, it’s really that bad.
You have to read this piece to truly grasp just how rigged and rotten this system is. It’s deliberately designed to make business owners rich while pushing American workers out of the picture.

It’s clear from the countless stories we’ve covered—and this latest debacle—that the foreign worker program is rotten to the core. It’s a system being weaponized against the American people in every conceivable way, from stealing jobs to defrauding our charitable programs.

Thankfully, President Trump is on the verge of taking back the White House. Let’s hope he makes this issue a top priority and puts an end to this madness once and for all.
