In this latest clip, Joe Biden—who looks and sounds like a walking zombie—can’t even keep straight which “storm” struck the US and wiped entire communities off the map. Talk about a slap in the face to suffering Americans who are dying and desperate for help. Instead, all they get from the federal government is a measly $750 and some clueless old coot who doesn’t even know what’s going on.

And the sheer nerve of this confused old buffoon to claim Americans are “happy now” while they’re literally clinging to life and limb is beyond outrageous. It’s shameless, tone-deaf, and an insult to every suffering American.
