The Mar-a-Lago documents case has been a rollercoaster, and it’s turning into a nightmare for the uniparty. They were counting on nailing a conviction against President Trump before the 2024 election, but things aren’t looking good for them.

The first major blow hit when Judge Cannon axed the May 20 trial date and wouldn’t pencil in a new one, citing a slew of unresolved issues. Translation for Jackie Boy? There’s no way he’s going to “get his guy” before the 2024 election. In addition, Judge Cannon also made the one move Jack was hoping to avoid at all costs. She set hearings to review whether Smith is actually legally appointed as special counsel.

Cannon set hearings on key motions including selective prosecution, unlawful of appointment of Special Counsel, and what Jack Smith really hoped to avoid–a hearing on the scope of the prosecution team incl Biden White House.

Team Trump is pushing back hard against this blatant political hitjob. Trump’s lawyers are taking the gloves off, accusing Jack and his crew of some serious constitutional and ethical violations.

The news of Jack Smith’s case collapsing has spread like wildfire, and the shockwaves are hitting CNN hard. Watching them realize that Jack Smith won’t be able to throw President Trump in the clink before the 2024 election is priceless. The looks on their faces are pure gold.

Julie Kelly also warns that so-called “legal experts” will come out, with teeth gnashing against Judge Cannon for axing the trial date, and they will do all they can to get her tossed off the case.

You will see tonight outrage by legal “experts” about Judge Cannon vacating trial date and refusing to set a new one.

They will again accuse her of being in the tank for Trump and demand Jack Smith seek her recusal.

At the same time, these frauds will refuse to cover all of the new developments related to DOJ tampering with evidence, misrepresenting the condition of the evidence to the court, doctored evidence, and perhaps even missing/misplaced documents.

Keep in mind– Jack Smith is the one who decided to bring this unprecedented indictment in June 2023 then add a superseding indictment on the case a month later. He then handed down the DC indictment in August 2023–Judge Chutkan leapfrogged over Cannon’s initial date and set a March 4 trial date, further delaying proceedings in Florida.

Smith forced the defendants to comply with CIPA, which are stringent rules related to handling/sharing of classified materials in such cases.

His team foot-dragged discovery and failed to set up a secure location for months where defense could view classified discovery evidence.

Cannon has held numerous sealed and public hearings over the past several months as well as addressed multiple competing motions for dismissal of the case.

Meanwhile, Dems are desperate to score any kind of “win.” Now, they’re pinning their hopes on locking up the man leading every legitimate 2024 poll—for contempt of court, no less, in the sham Hush Money trial. Bring it on; we triple-dog dare you.

The sad reality is this: Jack Smith and his team likely committed fraud on the court. But don’t hold your breath waiting for them to face the music anytime soon. Let this serve as a stark reminder of the power of show trials and just how crucial the 2024 election is if we’re serious about restoring freedom and dignity to the US judicial system.
