Special Counsel Jack Smith needs one crucial thing for the Deep State plan to work: he must secure a conviction against President Trump before the 2024 election. That’s why he’s redefining the term “speedy trial,” trying to rush President Trump into court so he can get that quick “guilty” verdict. However, President Trump is well aware of Jack’s strategy and is taking his battle to the lower courts, eventually making his way to the Supreme Court. But this legal process takes a lot of time, and with a looming deadline, Jack’s only option was to request the Supreme Court bypass the lower courts and expedite Trump’s case so he could proceed with his election interference plan. But, thankfully, fate intervened. On Friday afternoon, the Supreme Court rejected Jack’s request, potentially derailing the entire Deep State scheme.

The Supreme Court on Friday rejected a request by special counsel Jack Smith to fast-track arguments on whether Donald Trump has any immunity from federal prosecution for alleged crimes he committed while in office – a move that will likely delay his trial.

The court did not explain its reasoning and there were no noted dissents.

Even CNN knows this is a huge blow to Jack:

The court’s decision is a major blow to Smith, who made an extraordinary gamble when he asked the justices to take the rare step of skipping a federal appeals court and quickly deciding a fundamental issue in his election subversion criminal case against Trump.

There may not be a D.C. case against President Trump before the 2024 election, and that is a massive hit to the Deep State.
