Independent journalist Glenn Greenwald was infuriated by a recent and blatant flip-flop by Fox News on free speech, labeling it outright fraud. The issue at hand is Columbia’s “Special Committee on Campus Safety” and their decision to suspend “Students for Justice in Palestine” and “Jewish Voice for Peace” as official student groups until the end of the fall term. This move, aimed at silencing any dissent against Israel, illustrates the one-directional flow of censorship, a tactic frequently employed by the left. This decision deeply angered Glenn, who, despite being Jewish, firmly supports free speech. He was even more incensed to see Fox News, self-proclaimed advocates of free speech and anti-censorship, now endorsing this censorship because it serves their political interests. Gee, isn’t that exactly what the left does?

Glenn continued relentlessly pounding Fox for their abrupt shift on censorship and wishing that Tucker was still around to call out this blatant hypocrisy.

It’s likely that Fox News won’t be inviting Glenn back anytime soon, if at all. Their typical response to being exposed for fraud and lies seems to be censoring their critics. It looks like Fox News really does support censorship in all its forms.
