By now, you’ve probably seen the dramatic display in New Jersey, where a terrorist task force complete with armed SWAT and helicopters was deployed to apprehend a January 6th participant accused of using pepper spray on a police officer. They roll out less firepower for actual cop killers, but when there’s a chance to amplify their political narrative, why not, right? The spectacle played right into the left’s narrative, painting this individual as public enemy #1.

Then there’s the BLM/ANTIFA “summer of love,” which ended with over 20 lives lost to violence, looting, and arson. Yet, despite the chaos instigated by radical left-wingers, no “terrorist task force” came into play. Instead, we were instructed to allow the rioting to unfold—the mob needed to let out all that so-called “justifiable rage” over the death of George Floyd, a drug addict with a criminal record including a violent episode against a pregnant woman. The double standard couldn’t be more stark and ridiculous. Also, never mind the fact that we now know for certain that Floyd died of an overdose, not murder.

And let’s not forget the mayhem that erupted on Trump’s Inauguration Day. That violence and mayhem looked like some sort of Armageddon moment. Did we see a terror task force mobilized then? No, we didn’t. Actually, most of those arrested saw their charges dropped or received minimal sentences.

Apparently, that type of behavior isn’t terrorism, but an alleged can of pepper spray is. It makes perfect sense, right? As Marjorie Taylor Greene has highlighted, it seems the “terror treatment” is reserved for Trump supporters. And frankly, all of America should be questioning why that is.

Marjorie is referring to this report from Political Insider co-founder Collin Rugg about a terror task force unleashed against a January 6th attendee who allegedly used “pepper spray” on a cop. Here’s what Collin said in his post on X:

NEW: The FBI is reportedly using tanks to hunt down a J6 protestor in Helmetta, New Jersey.

The incident started after the man, Gregory Yetman, fled his home after the FBI tried serving an arrest warrant thanks to USA Today who exposed him.

The small town’s mayor, Christopher Slavicek, said the manhunt has frightened the community.

“A situation like this of course brings heightened anxiety — it’s not normal to see FBI agents and vehicles and tanks in your community.”

“You never think something like this will happen in your own backyard.”

FBI agents attempted to serve Yetman with an arrest warrant Wednesday morning after a USA Today investigation publicized the identities of J6 protestors who were videotaped at the Capitol but had not yet been charged or arrested.

The hit-piece on Trump supporters identified Yetman as an individual who was seen spraying pepper spray towards Capitol police on J6.

FBI are currently trying to locate Yetman by searching across local hiking trails and bodies of water.

Earlier this year, Yetman told USA Today he was interviewed by the FBI after the events on J6. “Everything’s been resolved, everything’s good,” he said at the time.

Here’s what MTG said in her response post on X:

We’re witnessing the emergence of a brazen police state where our laws and judicial system are being disregarded to let a rogue (unelected) regime trample over anyone who dares to dissent. This isn’t the American way, and the longer this regime remains in power, the closer we edge towards a full-blown North Korea-like existence.
