If the ACLU had a theme song today, it would likely echo the classic and zany Benny Hill theme tune. It’s all so comical; there’s nothing serious about it.

It’s become impossible to take them seriously. They’ve transformed into a near-comical propaganda arm for the most extreme and outlandish progressives. Their initial mission statement stands in stark contrast to their current position.

The ACLU dares to create a more perfect union — beyond one person, party, or side. Our mission is to realize this promise of the United States Constitution for all and expand the reach of its guarantees.

These days, the ACLU seems focused on championing transgender issues and critical race theory. Now, the organization is actively defending black and transgender hookers who are accused of intentionally spreading HIV. Yes, you heard that right. Their rationale for this absurd defense? The Constitution and its principles, or so they claim.

Independent journalist Mike Cernovich isn’t buying it and wonders if the ACLU realizes what it’s saying.

Sadly, we think they do, and that’s the scary part.

The ACLU went on to say, “Instead of criminalizing HIV, which disproportionately targets people who are already socially and financially marginalized, lawmakers should invest in evidence-based public health support for people with HIV. Tennessee, we’ll see you in court,” the ACLU concluded in their X thread.

After decent Americans picked their jaws up from the floor, they began to realize just how far the ACLU has truly fallen.

Tennessee law prohibits a person from knowingly giving someone HIV through “intimate contact” without first informing their partner they had the disease and obtaining consent, Justia US Law noted. There is another law in Tennessee that prohibits a person who knows they have HIV from engaging in prostitution, soliciting prostitution or being “an inmate in a house of prostitution”, the outlet noted.

African American men are six times more likely to die from HIV than non-Hispanic white males, the US Office of Minority Health reported.

HIV is the virus that weakens one’s immune system and whose final stage is AIDS, which is when one’s immune system is so weakened it is vulnerable to ordinary infections causing serious issues, Cleveland Clinic reported. Especially without treatment, AIDS is considered to be a lethal condition over time, a review paper published in the Public Health journal noted.

The next logical question for the ACLU would be: if you want to protect minorities, especially blacks, wouldn’t it make more sense to stop the spread of HIV instead of actively condoning it? But hey, who are we to inject common sense into this carnival sideshow?
