The MAGA community is mourning the loss of a treasured and influential member. Josh, who lived with a disability in a nursing home, was a dynamic advocate for America First, President Trump, and conservative values. Josh was known online as “The Dirty Truth,” and he amassed a following of well over 100,000 people on X. His bio was refreshingly straightforward: “I Watch the news and post important clips to keep followers updated. Things maybe spelled crazy but my hands don’t work and I use Siri to type.” Josh’s final post was on September 2nd. Followers were concerned by his silence and reached out to his nursing home. They were heartbroken to learn that Josh had passed away.
