In this politically combustive day and age where conspiracy theories surrounding the Clinton Body Count run wild and Americans grow angrier over our two-tiered justice system, one has to wonder: was it really wise for Hunter Biden’s legal team to issue a “career suicide” threat to Delaware prosecutors? The choice of words seems poor at best, or perhaps chilling; it’s hard to tell. But according to court documents, that’s exactly what happened when Hunter’s legal eagle Chris Clark warned prosecutors that charging Hunter would mean “career suicide” for them.
Former Chuck Grassley staffer and attorney Tristan Leavitt took to Twitter where he shared this very disturbing information.
Here’s what Tristan had to say in a series of tweets:
Last summer Hunter Biden’s attorney Chris Clark told Delaware prosecutors that if they charged Hunter Biden for the 2014-2015 years (the years involving Burisma and, we now know, allegations both Hunter and Joe were bribed), they would be committing “career suicide.”
On the eve of the plea hearing, Hunter Biden’s legal team called the clerk of the court to convey completely bogus allegations that the IRS whistleblower documents in @RepJasonSmith’s amicus brief contained “grand jury secret information”–which if truly leaked can be prosecuted.
This was without question a shot across the bow of our client, SSA Gary Shapley, and his fellow IRS whistleblower SA Joe Ziegler, both of whom were extremely careful *NOT* to release any information protected by Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 6(e) grand jury information.
After yesterday’s stunning developments, Hunter’s lawyers are redoubling their efforts to take down these courageous IRS whistleblowers. Last night they filed a 10-page motion that specifically identified the IRS whistleblowers’ testimony and documents as “prohibited by law.”
These baseless attacks have already been happening behind the scenes. A month ago today, the New York Times reported: “Hunter Biden’s lawyers have told the Justice Department that Mr. Shapley has broken federal laws that keep grand jury material secret.”
If Hunter Biden’s legal team had their way, the IRS whistleblowers would be prosecuted instead of their client. This is simply outrageous. In response, @EMPOWR_us has set up a special Law Enforcement Whistleblower Defense Fund. Please help share DefendWhistleblowers.com.

Hunter’s team, presumably with the backing of the DOJ and other DC swamp rats, have been providing protection and cover for Joe’s troubled son and they seem unfazed by who knows it. Honestly, this sounds like another one of Joe’s infamous prosecutor threats, right? Who can forget what he did to the Ukraine prosecutor who dared to investigate Hunter and Burisma? He was so proud of himself that he blabbed about it later on camera.

Sadly, that prosecutor experienced “career suicide,” but thankfully he’s still alive to talk about it.
