If you thought the days of “science” being wielded like a weapon against everyday folks were over, we’ve got some bad news for you. Per the folks over at Nature, the ex-CIA agents who previously operated in the murky shadows for the Dems and who are now busy hunting down so-called “disinformation” on the internet are actually “scientists.” Really? Is that what we’re calling propaganda spooks now? Wow, this gives the term “trust the sciEnCE,” an entirely new and scary meaning, right? Independent reporter Leighton Woodhouse shared the information on Twitter.
According to Nature, ex-CIA spooks who have run dark money disinfo campaigns for the Democratic Party and now scour the internet for disfavored opinions to censor are “scientists.” https://t.co/6cUzdDk57S pic.twitter.com/Qay61NRal0

Here’s a closeup of the images Leighton shared:
Clearly, this is the CIA’s desperate attempt to redefine their image and actions as Congress starts to call out their shady censorship plots. The Dems are notorious for this “naming” strategy in practically every fight they undertake. Here’s how it works: You give a hateful, evil concept a beneficial or benign name so that if anyone criticizes it, they can be quickly taken down. Think about the naming of groups like ANTIFA (anti-fascist), BLM (Black Lives Matter), or terms like pro-choice (pro-abortion) and so on. “Oh, you disagree with BLM? You must hate black people, bigot.” Now, if you disagree with censorship, you somehow hate “science,” and round and round we go.
Researchers who study how disinformation spreads are under investigation in the United States for allegedly helping to censor conservative opinions about COVID-19 vaccines and government elections. Jim Jordan, a US representative for Ohio, is leading the charge against the scientists. He is also one of the Republican leaders who have suggested that the Democrats have stolen the 2020 presidential election from former president Donald Trump, and who have made unsubstantiated allegations of voter fraud.
The Nature article continues with the laughable question, “why are these researchers under attack?” They conveniently forget that we’re in America, where you’re permitted to express your views, no matter how offbeat they may seem, especially since many of those so-called “Q Kooks” were actually right about COVID and the vaccine.
We have seen this playbook before, says Rebekah Tromble, who leads the Institute for Data, Democracy and Politics at George Washington University in Washington DC. Many climate scientists, for instance, have been targeted by legal actions and information requests from conservative activists and leaders. “This is a practice that is going to touch more and more researchers’ lives.”
Nature spoke to scientists and university officials about the origins of these investigations, and looks at what might come next for disinformation research.
Why are these researchers being targeted?
Several US research groups have been trying to understand how falsehoods spread on social media and elsewhere. This includes everything from inaccuracies about vaccines and COVID-19 to elaborate conspiracy theories such as QAnon, an evolving narrative that started with the allegation that powerful Democrats were trafficking and abusing children.
These type of maneuvers are nothing new for the CIA; they’ve been playing “word games” for years to influence and control both citizens and governments worldwide. However, since Trump splashed on the scene, the CIA has gotten much bolder in pointing their weapons directly at American citizens, particularly targeting the populist movement.
Here’s what Mike Benz, the Executive Director of Foundation For Freedom Online, had to say about what the CIA is up to and how they’re using the term “hate speech” as a global weapon of censorship against the populist movements spreading all over the world:
If you’re shocked to see the CIA mobbing up the censorship NGO “Center for Countering Digital Hate” you need to know ‘hate speech’ is a geopolitical censorship instrument used to stop populist parties from political momentum.
Imran Khan, Corbyn, Trump, Le Pen, AFD, all targeted
For example, CCDH’s ex-CIA staff worked to censor the German AFD party while CCDH’s CIA cut-out NGO partners were panicking that AFD was popularizing German commitment to protecting the Nordstream 2 pipeline.
How convenient! The CIA ppl inside CCDH helped the CIA goals outside.

This is what happens when morally corrupt agencies like the CIA are allowed to run amok, completely unchecked. They viciously bite the hand that’s been over feeding them.
