Over the weekend, a horrific event unfolded in Fargo, North Dakota when a man named Mohamad Barakat reportedly ambushed multiple officers, killing one and critically wounding two others.

The scene on Friday was indeed chaotic and terrifying as police rushed to respond.

The two officers who were injured are currently fighting for their lives, and two innocent civilians were also hurt in the ambush by alleged suspect Mohamad Barakat.

A graphic video is circulating online, purportedly showing the shooting as it unfolded. Please be forewarned: it was filmed by an obnoxious, ignorant woman. The Twitter video has been flagged, thus preventing it from being shared. If you wish to view it, you can find it here.

Meanwhile, police claim they have no motive for why Mohamad Barakat ambushed the police officers.

One wonders whether the rot is spreading from the Twin Cities over in Minnesota. The mainstream media won’t report on the suspects immigration status, and we’ve yet to see a photo. However, Rair covered the story this way:

Wallin joined the Fargo Police Department just this past April. Two other officers were also shot and admitted to the hospital in critical condition. Andrew Dotas and Tyler Hawes are currently listed as stable. A woman was seriously injured by the Jihadi before Officer Zach Robinson finally shot and killed Mohamad. Concerns mount as law enforcement authorities provide limited information regarding Mohamad and his previous encounters with the police. The lack of transparency surrounding his background has left residents upset. Furthermore, the police are “baffled” and have no idea why Mohamad Barakat would do such a thing. Did they investigate The Islamic States’ appeal to Muslims in 2014 to target police, security, and intelligence personnel? Did they bother to read the Qur’an?

Once again, when a crime involves the “religion of peace,” the U.S. media seems to switch into “protection mode.” They appear to spend more time advocating for the suspect than they do for the victims, including the dead police officers, and the ones fighting for their lives.
