A disturbing scene unfolded outside of a high school classroom in Palm Coast, Florida.

School video captured the moment when a hulking 17-year-old male ran up and clobbered a petite female teacher’s aide, knocking her unconscious. The incident too place after the teacher’s aide reportedly confiscated the kids’ Nintendo Switch during class.

The 17-year-old Palm Coast boy was arrested on a charge of felony aggravated battery with bodily harm, the Flagler Sheriff’s Office said in a news release.

On Tuesday morning, school resource deputies were alerted about a teacher’s aide that had been physically attacked on campus. When they arrived at the classroom, they found the woman lying on the ground bloody with severe injuries.

“I feel very sorry for the teacher, the paraprofessional who was attacked. It’s just something we see all too often, these days,” said Matanzas High School parent Ann Marie.

While in the classroom, the student made statements that he was upset that she took his game away and said he “will beat her up every time she takes away his game,” an arrest report stated, and that “when he comes back he is going to kill her.”

On Tuesday 2/21/23 a black 6’6” 270 pound student attacked a white teacher at Matanzas High School for taking away his Nintendo Switch during class. The student is seen kicking and punching the unconscious woman in the back and head around 15 times. When the student was escorted away by deputies, he spit at the teacher and “made comments that when he comes back he was going to kill her”.

The hulking student is 6 feet and 6 inches tall and weighs 270 pounds. Officials went on to say that the 17-year-old kicked and punched the unconscious teacher’s aide at more than 15 times in the back of her head.

Sounds like he was trying to make good on his murder threat.
