The Greyzone’s Aaron Maté uncovers a buried lead in a recent WaPo article:
According to a former White House official, Biden told Zelensky "that it would be hard for him to keep asking Congress for money if Zelensky appeared ungrateful and kept saying it was not enough." https://t.co/rjnFsrU0LR pic.twitter.com/ccf3WmjGlM

WaPost: “Privately, US officials say neither Russia nor Ukraine is capable of winning the war outright, but they have ruled out the idea of pushing or even nudging Ukraine” to negotiate.
So US doesn’t think Ukraine is “capable” of winning the war, but won’t push it to end it. pic.twitter.com/HAXihhPeuD

If the US knows that Ukraine is not “capable of winning the war”, why would they keep giving it billions of dollars in weapons and rule out pushing it “to the negotiating table”?
Because they don’t care about Ukraine. They care about using Ukraine to “weaken” Russia. pic.twitter.com/NpD5tJk4CI
