On issues from to culture to immigration to stopping globalist trade deals, Republican Senate candidate Tommy Tuberville has shown little to no indication that he knows how to represent the people of Alabama in Washington, D.C. Stunningly, Tuberville has chosen to remain almost completely silent as the “woke” mob threatens to burn down America’s monuments and erase our history.

If Tuberville cannot lead as a candidate, then he is not going to hold the line when he gets into the Senate. In one of the few times that Tuberville has bothered to comment on Antifa and Black Lives Matter revolutionary violence, he pathetically claimed it was just an issue of “education and jobs.”

Tuberville’s stunning silence borders on dereliction of duty, and indicates that leadership on the football field does not translate easily to leadership in the political arena.

Many argue there is much more to the civil unrest across the nation than the lone incident in Minneapolis involving the death of George Floyd while in the custody of the police department. Former Auburn head football coach Tommy Tuberville indicated he agrees with that.

Tuberville said he is asked for his thoughts by voters while on the trail, to which he said he points to “education and jobs,” and the erosion of the American middle class.

“I had a group ask me today, ‘Coach, what do you think the problem is?’ Education and jobs. We don’t have a middle class anymore,” Tuberville stated. “There are people out there that don’t have the opportunity to advance in this country like they want to. This is not a black issue. This is not a white issue. This is an American issue. We shipped our jobs to China, bottom line. We’re finding out more and more about that every day, and we’ve got to give the opportunity for young men and women to have a chance to grow in this country, and give them a fair chance. Unfortunately, our middle class has dissipated. We have more drugs in this country, and a lot of people take other options. We got to understand — we’re all in this together, 340 million people. We’re either going to make it together or not make together.” [Yellowhammer News]

It’s simply stunning that a football coach who once taught his players how to hold the line on Fourth and Goal on the one yard line does not understand the concept of holding the line against a violent and agitated anarchist mob. You don’t give a child throwing a tantrum a tub of ice cream and a new toy, so why would you try to cajole an anti-American mob with promises of education and jobs?

The protesters and rioters are overwhelmingly male and white, according to technology company Mobilewalla.

What’s more, we have even seen Ivy League lawyers get arrested for throwing Molotov cocktails.

Does anyone really believe that these university-educated rioters and bourgeois Antifa activists really just need more “education and jobs?”

Tuberville appears to be out to lunch on the issues of vital importance to Americans, and the last thing America needs is another Chamber of Commerce globalist in the Senate. Tuberville has hired a Never Trump, pro-amnesty globalist to advise his campaign.

“If Trump is nominated, the GOP must keep him out of the White House,” Tommy Tuberville’s senior adviser Rob Jesmer Tweeted, in a series of anti-Trump, pro-amnesty Tweets going back years. An investigation into Tuberville staff shows hostility towards Trump’s agenda and trump’s supporters.

Tommy Tuberville is weak on jobs and immigration.

Alabama candidate for the U.S. Senate Tommy Tuberville, former Auburn University football coach, has hired the chief Republican aide for Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg’s organization dedicated to lobbying Congress to import more foreign workers to take American jobs.

In May, the Tuberville campaign announced that it had hired consultant Rob Jesmer — Zuckerberg’s chief GOP aide for FWD.us, the billionaire’s cheap labor lobbying group that advocates giving amnesty to illegal aliens, as well as allowing Silicon Valley tech giants to have an unlimited supply of white-collar foreign workers.

During a July speech, Tuberville said:

We got 100,000 people a month coming across the border. We don’t know who they are. We need them. But at least we got to know who they are. [Emphasis added]

Similarly, in a August 3 speech at the Shoals Republican Club, Tuberville said he wanted foreign workers to come across the southern border to take U.S. jobs so long as they are vetted:

I’m for the border, again I can go through all this, I’m for the border, I’ve been down there, I’ve seen it. There are people coming across the border that need jobs, okay, and we want them to come over here, we just need to know who’s here, okay. Put the wall up, then we let them come in, and become citizens like we all became citizens. But there’s some people coming across there border that are not coming over here to get jobs, they’re coming to kill you, you, and you. And they’re going to take this country over. And we, you know what I’m talking about. And we better start talking about it.

When Tuberville was pressed by local Alabama radio host Dale Jackson about what level of legal immigration he would like to see — the U.S. currently admits about 1.2 million legal immigrants annually — the Senate candidate reiterated that despite American workers being laid off from their white-collar jobs and forced to train their H-1B visa foreign replacements, the nation “need[s] workers.”

JACKSON: Do we allow too many people to come into the legal status as well? Because legal workers, we all know illegal workers surpress the wages of folks who are the lower economic spectrum. Legal workers and I’m not talking about just from Mexico, but we’re talking about from India and other places that come in and do jobs that Americans will do but suppress the wages. You saw it at Disney World. We saw it in the tech industry. There’s a lot of legal immigration that’s suppressing wages. Is that a problem too? [Emphasis added]

TUBERVILLE: Yeah, I think there’s going to continue to be a problem, but, but again, we need workers. Dale, I’m going to tell you … you see homes going up and you don’t see Americans. [Emphasis added] [Breitbart]

Tommy Tuberville has parroted kumbaya globalist rhetoric, saying, “We are all immigrants.”

“We need people in this country that will work,” Tuberville continued. “We are all immigrants. We just got to know who is here and we got to limit it to the point where people come the right way. And once we do that we can make the tough decisions on the DACA and the amnesty and all those things.” [Breitbart]

America needs Republican Senators who will hold the line against lawless and Godless mobs, defend our culture, protect American workers, and reduce immigration, both legal and illegal. Thus far, Tuberville cannot even bother to at least ape the rhetoric of America First. He figures he can coast over the finish line on the strength of President Trump’s endorsement.

The people of Alabama would do well to take a second look at Jeff Sessions’ campaign to put the American people first, not the Chamber of Commerce.

If he wants to save his campaign, Tuberville had better get “woke” to the mob. And fast.
