Sometimes politics actually delivers good news.
Today is one of those days.
Last night a trio of obnoxious Trump-hating voices went down in flames during their primaries. These anti-America first losers got a very clear message from voters: you’re done.

Texas decided it had seen more than enough from these three.
One of the sweetest moments of the night came when Republican RINO Rep. Dan Crenshaw, a man who has a feverish hate for all things MAGA, got smacked in his primary. For years, Crenshaw has had more in common with the left than the voters who actually sent him to D.C. Seeing Texas voters finally say “that’s enough” was sweet revenge.
In the end, of course, Dan tried to pretend he was “MAGA” all along, which is a joke, and voters knew it.
Texas state Rep. Steve Toth defeated Rep. Dan Crenshaw in a Republican primary in Texas, NBC News projects, unseating Crenshaw after a race that centered on which candidate more closely aligned with President Donald Trump.
Crenshaw becomes the first member of Congress to lose renomination in the 2026 midterm election cycle.
Toth challenged Crenshaw — the lone GOP House member running for re-election in Tuesday’s primaries who didn’t have Trump’s endorsement — from the right, arguing that his foreign policy and immigration views did not sufficiently align with those of the MAGA movement. Toth, an ordained pastor, also secured a late endorsement from Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas.
But the shakeup didn’t stop with RINO Dan.
Two of the most over-the-top anti-Trump Dems in the country also skated on thin ice and fell through. Jasmine Crockett, known more for her “ghetto fabulous” meltdowns, was knocked out of her race by a Dem challenger who just might be the whitest man on planet Earth. Oh, the hilarious irony.
Crockett had already lost her House seat due to redrawing. She had hopes of taking her “hood shtick” to the Senate, but those dreams came crashing down when she was spanked by James Talarico.

The hoax cooked up by the Democrat Party and late-night talk show host Stephen Colbert to boost Talarico before the primary has paid off. Crockett, being the clueless dunce that she is, blames Republicans for her embarrassing performance in a whiny display as her Senate hopes crashed and burned.
The loss didn’t shock anybody, except Jasmine, of course, who ditched her “blackcent” and cried.

And then there’s Al Green, the perpetual Trump impeachment enthusiast who seems to wake up every morning looking for a new reason to try again, who’s now staring down a likely defeat of his own at the hands of Christian Menefee.
Fresh off the heels of his special election victory in the 18th Congressional District, U.S. Rep. Christian Menefee took an early lead in his bid to stay in the seat beyond this year.
Menefee led longtime U.S. Rep. Al Green in the Democratic primary, according to early voting results released Tuesday by the Harris County Clerk’s Office. Election Day results in the redrawn Houston district, which historically favors Black Democrats, were still being tallied.
Menefee, 37, received 48.75% of the early vote compared to 43.13% for the 78-year-old Green, who has represented the 9th Congressional District since 2005. He switched to the 18th after Texas Republicans undertook a rare mid-decade redistricting last summer in order to help the GOP win up to five additional seats in the November midterm election.
Normally when politicians get replaced, it’s hard to say whether the new person will actually be better.
In these two cases, though, that bar is sitting on the floor, so it’s hard to imagine they’d be worse than Crockett or Green.
However, not all the races worked out in our favor. The race between RINO John Cornyn and America First warrior Ken Paxton is so tight that there will likely be a runoff.
Texas Republicans are in for another three months of mudslinging between Attorney General Ken Paxton and U.S. Sen. John Cornyn after the two bitter rivals advanced to a May 26 runoff in Tuesday’s primary.
The two rivals are neck-and-neck with much of the Election Day vote yet to be reported. The Associated Press declared before 10 p.m. that the two would make the runoff.
U.S. Rep. Wesley Hunt, a second-term Houston congressman who entered the race in October, finished in a distant third. Hunt saw a deluge of spending against him from PACs affiliated with both Cornyn and Paxton’s campaign in the final weeks of the race, as both campaigns sought to lock him out of the runoff and increase their own ballot share by diminishing his.
Many people believe the outcome suggests something strange may be going on. Cornyn is so wildly unpopular that it’s hard to understand how he managed to pull off such a tight race.
I see many people lamenting tonight on “how could Texans vote for John Cornyn?!”
1.) Its all rigged. Republican primaries are rigged to the max. I studied this for many years. One of the reasons I left the party.
2.) Texas has open primaries. Dems cross over.

The truth is, open primaries shouldn’t exist. They give Democrats the chance to jump in and help keep their favorite RINOs.
Regardless of the runoff, this is a victory.
For years, Dan Crenshaw was one of the loudest anti-MAGA RINOs in the Republican Party.
And now Texas voters have finally had their say.
Politics doesn’t always come up with moments this satisfying, but this one feels good. The Lone Star State just showed the rest of the country what happens when voters finally decide they’ve had enough of an anti-MAGA RINO pretending to represent them.
