By now, we all know the activist judge type, right? The kind of judge who somehow always ends up on the most politically sensitive cases and who inserts himself right where the left needs him most. This type of “judge” also issues the kind of rulings that just so happen to slow Trump down, tie things up, and create procedural chaos that higher courts later have to go in and clean up.

Well, that’s the exact reputation Judge Jeb Boasberg has earned… not because of one rando bad decision, but through a very clear pattern that’s become impossible to ignore.

Boasberg is a federal judge who seems to be less interested in the application of law and much more interested in acting like a progressive pressure ping-pong inside the judicial system. He always lands on the hot-button cases and issues these outlandish rulings that routinely get slapped down on appeal. But he does what he’s supposed to do: he throws a stick in the wheel and crashes the bike before it can really take off.

That’s why we’re now standing at the doorstep of impeachment.

Taking away Boasberg’s robe and gavel is now being seriously debated. After years of lawfare, Judge Boasberg has forced this issue into the town square. If impeachment were to move forward, it would send a message to an entire class of activist judges who seem to believe their lifetime appointments make them untouchable. And maybe it would finally force those other weaponized judges to ask if it’s worth risking a career, reputation, and the credibility of the judiciary just to help some left-wing political machine cling to temporary power.

And this is where Senator Schmitt steps into the chat. He’s laying out a detailed case for why Boasberg’s behavior isn’t just wildly inappropriate but also very impeachable.

Rogue Judge Boasberg is abusing his power to go after the Trump Administration. He must be impeached and removed.

He has abused his role as Chief Judge in 5 ways:

(1) Forcing himself onto hot button cases;

(2) Abusing his power in the Judicial Conference to fear monger to the Judiciary about the specter of a nonexistent Constitutional crisis;

(3) Rubber-stamping gag orders and subpoenas against U.S. Senators;

(4) Trying to hold DOJ lawyers in contempt for a case the Supreme Court said he had no jurisdiction over;

(5) He sits on the Circuit Judicial Council, which would be able to overturn any disciplinary action taken against him.

He has made it clear, time and time again that he, instead of wearing that black robe, wears a blue jersey.

The House must immediately begin impeachment proceedings.

Boasberg is a name we know well at Revolver. We have covered his Deep State antics from every angle, including his questionable ties and reported connections to Chief Justice Roberts.

There’s a reason the name Judge James Boasberg keeps popping up every time the Deep State pulls another rabbit out of its hat. From Russiagate to FISAgate, from Ray Epps to the J6 show trials, Boasberg’s ghoulish fingerprints are all over the weapons used to attack President Trump and the America First movement for nearly a decade now.

Boasberg supporters like to say he’s “just doing his job.” But when that “job” always involves running cover for Democrats, Deep State operatives, and corrupt bureaucrats… while hammering Trump allies… it’s not exactly hard to connect the dots.

And that brings us to the latest twist in this ongoing judicial saga. What investigative journalist Sundance just uncovered ties it all together with a big bow on top. If you thought Judge Boasberg was an activist before, you might now see him as one of the Deep State’s most key players.

And as you read this very detailed X post, pay close attention to who always seems to rush to Boasberg’s defense… none other than Chief Justice John Roberts. The same day President Trump suggested Boasberg should be impeached for his slew of crazy, biased rulings, Roberts issued a rare public statement shielding him.

The timing alone speaks volumes. When the heat gets too close to the Deep State’s judicial firewall, Roberts always seems to show up with a bucket of ice water to throw on the situation.

But the real bombshell here is that Boasberg was the one who gave Jack Smith and his cronies the green light to spy on Congress.

The Last Refuge:

Judge James Boasberg signed off on the search warrants against congress.

Boasberg issued blanket orders to the cell phone companies not to reveal the search warrants.

Boasberg is a FISA Court Judge.

Boasberg authorized one of the Carter Page title-1 surveillance warrants.

Boasberg hired Mary McCord as amicus to the court.

After appointing Mary McCord to take up a defensive position for herself and the FISA Court (cover), Judge Boasberg then becomes the presiding judge in the case against the FBI agent who falsified the FISA application, Kevin Clinesmith. Boasberg gives Clinesmith a slap on the wrist and a few months’ probation (more cover).

Boasberg told John Durham (Bill Barr) allowing a target to escape prosecution is part of the penalty upon the DOJ for wrongful assembly of the FISA application; a nice way to cover the issue.

This is the same Judge Boasberg gave J6 FBI agent provocateur Ray Epps a sentence of probation.

This is the same Judge Boasberg who established a horrible precedent by forcing Vice-President Mike Pence to testify before a DC grand jury about his conversations with President Trump (breaking executive privilege).

While on vacation, Boasberg attended the criminal indictment hearing of President Trump.

Judge Boasberg issued a temporary restraining order (TRO) blocking DHS, Customs and Border Patrol and ICE from deporting illegal aliens and narcotrafficking gang members belonging to Tren de Aragua (TdA), a designated Foreign Terrorist Organization.

There were calls for Boasberg to be impeached.

Immediately, the same day President Trump noted Boasberg should be impeached, Chief Justice John Roberts jumped to his defense:

…”“For more than two centuries, it has been established that impeachment is not an appropriate response to disagreement concerning a judicial decision. The normal appellate review process exists for that purpose,” Roberts said Tuesday in a rare and brief statement issued just hours after Trump publicly joined demands by his supporters to remove judges he called “crooked.”

Fuck off with this nonsense telling me Roberts is NOT protecting Boasberg.

Keep in mind, Mary McCord operates in all three branches of government: Deputy AAG in charge of the DOJ-NSD (executive); on both impeachment committees by Schiff/Nadler and the J6 committee of Thompson (legislative); as amicus to the FISA court (judicial). That’s why she is “untouchable.”

Mary McCord’s husband worked in the office of Justice Roberts. Mary McCord is partnered with Norm Eisen. Norm Eisen hosted John Roberts in Europe and travelled with Justice Roberts as friends.

There is no apple. It’s all worms.

And Senator Schmitt isn’t alone. The push to rein in activist judges is starting to spread, which is exactly what happens when the pattern becomes impossible to ignore.

This morning, I sent a letter to Speaker Johnson urging the House to advance articles of impeachment against Judges Boasberg and Boardman.

Today, I will hold a hearing in the Senate that will make the point that they committed high crimes and misdemeanors. They should be held accountable.

Ted wants Judge Boasberg removed.

Judge Boasberg used the authority of his office to authorize and to conceal the targeting of members of Congress.

No republic can survive if its judges help opposition officials surveil the people’s elected representatives.

That’s why I’m working to impeach and remove him.

There is no reasoning with a judge who is this deeply connected to power and so thoroughly entrenched in left-wing politics from every known angle. When the black robe becomes a shield for political activism instead of a symbol of law and restraint, the normal checks and balances don’t work. At that point, all the appeals and reversals aren’t enough. We need serious accountability and action. This is why impeachment is now on the table as a necessary response to a judiciary that has gone totally rogue.
