For years, the right has been told they’re being dramatic and even conspiratorial when they warn about the left’s lawfare, weaponized prosecutions, and court packing. We’re told it’s Q-style paranoia and that no one is coming for political opponents. They explain that what they’re doing is fair. After all, “no one is above the law,” right?

Wrong.

The problem for Dems is that they keep saying the truth out loud. But they have to. It’s the only way they can fire up their base for midterms.

Now they’re using their biggest podcast voices to spread the message, making it clear to their followers that if they retake Congress, the plan is simple: Prosecute everyone connected to Trump, and then stack the Supreme Court to make sure nothing stands in their way ever again.

And when they tell you exactly what they plan to do, you should probably believe them. Because unlike Republicans, Democrats actually follow through when it comes to going after their enemies.

A prominent left-wing podcaster is now laying out the blueprint for the plan. All the listeners have to do is flood the voting booths and return power to Dems, and everybody who they hate and who keeps them up at night will be dragged through the weaponized courts in New York City and DC.

As President Trump zeroes in on the economy, the dynamics change. Polling shows we’re winning on the issue that actually decides midterms.

There’s still plenty of time left for both sides, and that matters. If Dems go all-in on a prosecution strategy, it will absolutely energize their base. They understand something Republicans don’t: When the left talks about prosecuting their political enemies, they actually mean it.
