Charlie Kirk’s assassination was not just another run-of-the-mill left-wing hate crime; it was the latest, most brutal example of the growing wave of political violence. And it’s all the more tragic because Charlie himself lived by a completely different standard. He believed in debate, not destruction. He spoke with respect, not ridicule. He backed his arguments with faith, love of country, and common sense. He modeled what peaceful disagreement should look like.

But here’s the ugly truth… it’s Charlie’s Christian-focused, America-first message that makes the left furious. Why, you wonder? Well, Because Charlie showed young people that you can reject the left’s creepy ideology and still stand strong with dignity and respect. And that is the message that threatens the left’s entire grip on culture.

Just look at how the left never directs this kind of hateful, murderous venom toward other religions. Muslims will openly jail or even kill members of the LGBTQ community, yet the left doesn’t attack them, only Christians. Again, why? Because Christians in America are the only faith community standing in the way of the left’s full-blown cultural revolution. Christians like Charlie couldn’t be bullied into silence, so they’ve been marked as the enemy. They assassinated him to shut him up.

Now, as we make our way into the first full day of this nightmare storm, new information has come to light. The Louder With Crowder team has released what appears to be a leaked internal law enforcement communication, allegedly from ATF channels, describing the early evidence recovered at the scene of Charlie’s assassination.

Here are the highlights from the memo Steven Crowder shared:

  • Timeline and location: Charlie Kirk was shot and killed at 12:24 PM on September 10, 2025, while speaking at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah.

  • Shooter’s position and escape: The suspect fired from a rooftop in a nearby campus building, then jumped off and fled on foot (this exact detail was later confirmed at the FBI press conference).

  • Weapon recovered: An older Mauser .30-06 caliber bolt-action rifle was found wrapped in a towel in a wooded area along the suspect’s escape route (again, “wooded area” matches the FBI’s later language).

  • Ammunition: One spent cartridge and three live rounds were found. Importantly, the cartridges were reportedly engraved with wording expressing transgender and anti-fascist (ANTIFA) ideology.

  • Forensics: The FBI has taken custody of the weapon and ammunition for DNA and fingerprint testing.

  • Status: Several “persons of interest” have been detained or questioned, but the primary suspect has not yet been identified.

Now, before we go any further with this, keep in mind, as with all massive breaking stories, early leaks like this must be treated with extreme caution. We cannot independently verify this report, and law enforcement has not publicly confirmed every detail. That said, the FBI presser that came after Steven received this information did confirm parts of what’s written here, including the rooftop position, the suspect fleeing on foot, and the rifle being found in a wooded area. That’s why we’re sharing it, because it’s already generating huge attention online.

EXCLUSIVE: This morning my team received an e-mail from officer at ATF.

The email included a screen shot from what appears to be an internal message describing a weapon and cartridges located by an ATF and other law enforcement near the scene of the Charlie Kirk shooting at Utah Valley State University.

“On September 10, 2025, at approximately 12:24PM, Conservative political influencer Charlie Kirk was shot and killed at the Utah Valley University in Orem, UT. Mr. Kirk was speaking at the University as part of the American Comeback Tour. Multiple SLC I and III agents responded immediately. The suspect fired one shot from an elevated position on a rooftop in an adjacent building on the campus and surveillance video shows the suspect, jumping off and fleeing the area on foot. ATF and other law-enforcement located an older model imported Mauser .30-06 caliber bolt action rifle wrapped in a towel in a wooded area near the campus. The location of the firearm appears to match the suspects route of travel. The spent cartridge was still chambered in addition to three unspent rounds at the top fed magazine. All cartridges have engraved wording on them, expressing transgender and anti-fascist ideology. An emergency trace has been submitted an ATF SLC is working leads generated by the trace. The firearm and ammunition have been taken by the FBI for DNA analysis and fingerprint impressions. Upon completion of forensics, the firearm will be disassembled for additional importer information. Multiple people of interest having contacted or detained because of eyewitness testimony and review of video footage. The primary suspect is yet to be identified. ATF is assisting the investigation with multiple other federal, state, and local partners and the case is co-led by the FBI and Utah SBI.””

This is the update from officials, which does match up with Steven’s leaked information.

What we can’t ignore here is the alarming spike in violence linked to the trans movement. Even setting Charlie’s assassination aside, the pattern of violence and hate from this group is clear, right? From mass shootings to street attacks, trans thugs keep showing up in case after case. And so, yes, it raises an obvious question: is this surge of rage and deadly destruction fueled by the mix of severe mental illness and powerful hormone treatments? It’s a question worth asking, whether or not Charlie’s assassin turns out to be trans, because the violent trend is undeniable and deeply troubling.

There’s a lot of information floating around online; some are saying the assassin is a young male with an arm tattoo and dark hair. Fox News reported that the assassin was caught on video making his way backwards to escape.

Once again, at this stage of the investigation, we don’t have confirmation on the leaked details. But given the alarming rise in violence and mental illness linked to the trans movement, it’s impossible not to see how these documents, if accurate, could be pointing in the right direction. That doesn’t mean every detail will hold up under scrutiny, but it does mean the questions raised here are fair, urgent, and worth asking.
