It looks like one of the left’s activist judges just got Trumped, and this time, there’s no easy escape. Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Hannah Dugan, who thought she was untouchable because she’s a judge, is now facing down some very serious federal charges after she allegedly helped an illegal hide from ICE. Judge Dugan just got the reality check she deserves. Her desperate attempt to claim “judicial immunity” and make the case against her disappear was a flop.

The incident occurred back in April, 2025, and was caught on camera.

Judge Dugan intentionally misdirected ICE agents away from this criminal illegal alien to obstruct the arrest and try to help him evade arrest. Thankfully, our FBI partners chased down this illegal alien, arrested him and removed him from American communities.

Video shows Dugan clearing a path for the illegal to escape. He eventually makes a run for it but is quickly caught.

Real justice would be Dugan deported.

Keep in mind, the illegal Judge Dugan was trying to help escape is a violent criminal with a laundry list of offenses, including strangulation and domestic abuse.

The irony here is that the judge who crushed Dugan’s hopes of walking away from this case scot-free was actually appointed by Bill Clinton.

For years, these far-left activist judges have operated like they’re above the law, bending rules, ignoring statutes, and hiding behind their robes while pushing their progressive agendas. But thanks to the Trump administration demanding accountability, Judge Dugan is now facing a felony charge that could finally bring her and the entire “activist” portion of our judiciary down in flames.

And this is exactly what it’s going to take to bring these rogue judges back in line: real consequences for their lawless behavior.

A Wisconsin judge accused of helping a man evade arrest by U.S. immigration agents lost an attempt Tuesday to throw out the Trump administration’s case against her.

The prosecution of Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Hannah Dugan has highlighted the push by President Donald Trump’ s administration to confront state and local authorities who resist his sweeping immigration crackdown.

Democrats have accused the administration of trying to make a national example of Dugan to chill judicial opposition to its deportation efforts.

She was arrested at the county courthouse in April and indicted on federal charges in May. She quickly filed a motion to dismiss the charges, arguing that she was acting in her official capacity as a judge and is therefore immune from prosecution.

However, U.S. District Judge Lynn Adelman on Tuesday rejected that argument and upheld the July recommendation of a magistrate judge who also ruled that the case could proceed.

Adelman said the dispute boils down to Dugan arguing that there is a general rule of immunity for judges from prosecution, with some limited exceptions, while the government argues that the cited exceptions are simply examples of types of prosecutions that have been brought.

“A review of the relevant history reveals the government has the better of the argument,” Adelman wrote.

He said that “the particulars of this case may be unusual,” but “there is no firmly established judicial immunity barring criminal prosecution of judges for judicial acts. There is no basis for granting immunity simply because some of the allegations in the indictment describe conduct that could be considered ‘part of a judge’s job.’”

• Federal Judge Brett H. Ludwig, appointed by President Donald Trump, opted to postpone the trial while considering a motion to dismiss filed by Dugan’s legal team. The defense argues that Dugan is protected by judicial immunity.

So, a judge can literally conduct criminal behavior and claim it’s part of their “Judicial Immunity”?

Thankfully, that didn’t happen, and now there’s a real chance to hold this woman accountable for her crime and to send a clear message to every activist judge that the free ride is over.
