Well, here we are again. Another update in the horrifying case of the illegal Indian truck driver who killed three innocent Americans on the Florida Turnpike. And this one is beyond infuriating. We’ve now learned that this man actually failed his road sign test because he doesn’t know English. He answered just 2 out of 12 questions correctly and only recognized 1 out of 4 traffic signs. Yet somehow, California still gave him a CDL and put him behind the wheel of a 60-ton death machine.

This isn’t just a tragic accident, it’s a crisis. America’s roads are being flooded with unqualified foreign drivers who can’t even read English, let alone follow our laws. These are people coming from countries where driving is chaos, where traffic looks like the wild west, and there are no rules. So, why on earth would anyone think they’d suddenly become safe, responsible drivers here?

We recently covered a story of yet another Indian truck driver arrested for killing an innocent American.

Revolver:

We’re sad to report that it’s happened again. Another Indian commercial truck driver has been charged in a deadly crash that killed an innocent American. This crisis of foreign truck drivers on US roads looks like it’s going to get a lot worse before it gets any better.

This is the American man who was killed. Mr. Wilkerson was a volunteer firefighter and an EMT. Our hearts go out to his family. This was a totally preventable death.

Obituary information for Kevin Wilkerson

The driver, Mr. Sarbjeet Parmar, has been charged with negligent homicide along with five other counts. He’s not only accused of killing one man but also of injuring an entire car full of people.

Reports indicate that Mr. Parmar was likely half-asleep behind the wheel when he allegedly caused the deadly accident.

This is starting to feel like a full-blown crisis. Our roads are turning into a dangerous free-for-all. At the very least, Americans deserve safe highways where every driver can read English and follow basic road signs. Instead, thanks to blue states and politicians rigging the trucking industry, we don’t even have that.

According to the reports, the illegal Indian driver in Florida blew right past a sign that clearly said “OFFICIAL USE ONLY” before making the illegal U-turn that snuffed out three lives. Was it because he couldn’t read it, or because he just didn’t care? Either way, the result is the same… three American families destroyed, all thanks to the left’s reckless, careless, and dangerous policies.

We also published a piece on how Joe Biden’s polices has led to this mess on US roads. It was the DEI takeover of the US trucking industry.

Revolver:

Biden’s goal to flood the trucking industry with unqualified, foreign-speaking drivers was so disturbing that alarm bells were going off. But that didn’t matter; the Biden regime barreled ahead, pushing policies that prioritized speed and quotas over safety. Biden’s DEI/pro-foreign-worker policies were so bad that even Raman Dhillon, CEO of the Punjabi trucking association, had to admit it.

Overdrive Online:

“Raman Dhillon, CEO of a U.S. Punjabi trucking association, said his warnings to the Biden White House about unvetted foreign drivers fell on deaf ears as the ‘driver shortage’ narrative dominated the conversation.”

Given the priorities of the Biden-Harris plan, the influx of drivers who can’t speak English “was bound to happen,” Dhillon said. He believes the ability to communicate in English “is a basic requirement of the job. It’s not somebody pushing something on somebody. If your family or my family are driving and the truck driver coming behind doesn’t know English, and the traffic and sign say slow down and he doesn’t,” disaster awaits.

It’s important to note that Dhillon isn’t tied to the Punjab Truck Driving School that’s churning out licenses in 21 days. But as we mentioned, he runs the North American Punjabi Trucking Association, a lobbying group that claims to care about safety, even while pushing policies in Washington that ultimately benefit the same foreign driver pipeline. In other words, the schools cut corners, and the association provides political cover.

Meanwhile, US roads are a deathtrap. Just look at these u-turns that these Indian drivers make.

As we mentioned earlier, the illegal Indian driver failed a road sign test miserably. But even worse, the state of New Mexico pulled him over for speeding just last month, but nobody did an English proficiency test.

Department of Transportation:

During FMCSA’s interview with the driver, investigators administered an English Language Proficiency (ELP) assessment in accordance with FMCSA guidance. The driver failed the assessment, providing correct responses to just 2 of 12 verbal questions and only accurately identifying 1 of 4 highway traffic signs.

Additional preliminary findings include:

  • On July 15th, 2023, Washington State issued the driver a regular full-term Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
    Asylum seekers or individuals without legal status are NOT eligible for this type of license.
  • On July 23, 2024, California issued the driver a limited-term/non-domiciled CDL.
  • FMCSA is investigating the issuance of this license to determine whether it was issued in accordance with Federal regulations.
  • On July 3, 2025, the New Mexico State Police conducted a roadside inspection of the driver and issued a speeding ticket, but there is no indication that an ELP assessment was administered.
    • New Mexico has not yet begun enforcing ELP as an out-of-service condition, despite the requirement being in effect since June 25, 2025.

The Secretary has offered the Department’s full support to Florida officials, and FMCSA’s investigation will support the state’s ongoing criminal investigation.

Eric Daugherty:

🚨 BREAKING: It has just been revealed that the illegal alien who got a CDL in California, k*lled 3 in Florida via semitruck, FAILED ROAD SIGN TESTS because he isn’t proficient in English.

New Mexico pulled him over for speeding LAST MONTH, but did not conduct an English proficiency test.

He did the illegal U-turn by ignoring a sign that said “OFFICIAL USE ONLY.”

ABSOLUTELY INFURIATING.

He was only allowed in here because blue states let him get his licenses.

The crisis has reached a boiling point, serious enough that President Trump and Secretary of Transportation Sean Duffy are now in the thick of it. Secretary Duffy took to X to let evervybody know that what we’re seeing now about this illegal Indian truck driver is just the “tip of the iceberg.”

This cannot happen again.

.@FMCSA is launching an investigation into both the driver and White Hawk Carrier.

Here’s what we know:

1. Washington State improperly issued the driver a full-term CDL. Asylum seekers or illegal aliens are NOT allowed to receive this!

2. New Mexico failed to conduct an English Language Proficiency test when they pulled the driver over for speeding. Had they done this, the driver would not have been on the road!

3. We are also looking into California’s issuance of the driver’s CDL.

States MUST FOLLOW THE RULES. If they had, this driver would NEVER have been behind the wheel and three precious lives would still be with us.

The failures here are despicable. Non-enforcement and radical immigration policies have turned the trucking industry into a lawless frontier, resulting in unqualified foreign drivers improperly acquiring licenses to operate 40-ton vehicles.

@POTUS and I moved quickly to require drivers to speak English – our national language – and launch a full-scale audit of how these licenses are doled out.

And all of this is just the tip of the iceberg. We’ll have more updates to share soon.

At some point, there has to be accountability for these outrageous so-called “mistakes.” If officials are willing to look the other way and let unqualified foreign drivers slip through the cracks like this, then they should share the blame when innocent Americans end up dead. That’s the only way this changes, right? By forcing the people in charge to follow the law, enforce the rules, and finally put the safety of American citizens first.
