For years, Congressman-turned-Senator Adam Schiff has operated with this insufferable level of confidence that he’s the kind of guy who doesn’t have to play by the rules. This is the same conman who peddled the fake Russia Hoax and doctored evidence during a sham impeachment trial and leaked classified info to the media. Schiff’s entire miserable career has been built on lie after lie, yet somehow, he’s skated by untouched. But now, that may finally be changing… at least that’s what people are hoping after a bombshell Truth Social post from President Trump.

According to reports, Schiff is at the center of a growing mortgage fraud scandal involving his Maryland home. The accusations are actually quite explosive: it all centers around this notion that Schiff falsely claimed his Maryland property as his “primary residence” for over a decade, even though he was representing California in Congress. The reason he reportedly did that was to secure better mortgage terms and potentially dodge a boatload of taxes.

To make matters worse for Schiff, these claims line up with an ethics complaint that was filed back in 2024, that alleges Schiff lied about his residency status, engaged in voter fraud, and benefited financially from mortgage deception. Of course, this is a “mirror image” of the same so-called deceitful behavior Dems love to accuse Trump of.

USA Herald:

An ethics complaint was filed against Senator Adam Schiff, alleging that he falsely claimed primary residency in Maryland while representing California in Congress. The complaint says this allowed him to gain favorable mortgage terms, avoid certain taxes, and potentially commit voter fraud. The allegations span over a decade, from 2009 to 2020, and mirror other high-profile cases of residency fraud.

And once again, President Trump is bringing up Schiff’s potential criminal behavior, leading many to believe he either has the goods or is sending a very clear warning shot.

Housing Wire:

President Trump accused Senator Adam Schiff of committing mortgage fraud by falsely claiming that his primary residence was in Maryland while serving as a California Congressman. Trump said Schiff made the claim to “get a cheaper mortgage and rip off America,” while continuing to reside and represent the state of California.

In a blistering post on Truth Social, President Trump called Schiff a “scam artist.”

Take a look:

So, basically, President Trump laid out the timeline: Schiff’s Maryland property refinance goes all the way back to 2009 and went on through 2020. At that point it was finally reclassified as a “second home.” But if the allegations are true, that would be over a decade of fraud, thanks to Schiff’s fake dual-residency claim. All of this is starting to look like a well-designed plan to defraud the system.

Now, in light of this issue heating up, Schiff is playing defense. His team is spinning the usual nonsense you’d expect to see… claiming that he lived in both places, had family reasons, congressional duties, blah blah blah.

But here’s where the rubber hits the road: if you’re representing California in Congress while claiming Maryland as your primary residence for financial gain, you’re likely committing fraud, and no amount of “spin” can change that.

So, what’s the worst thing that can happen to Schiff? Well, the worst-case scenario is that if investigators prove he lied to secure favorable mortgage terms or misrepresented residency status for tax, voting, or financial purposes, he could be looking at felony charges. And keep in mind, these exact same types of violations were used to go after other Americans with much less political power.

Dems love to chant that “no one is above the law,” especially when they’re launching one sham prosecution after another against President Trump and his supporters. But now, it’s Adam Schiff who might choke on those very words, thanks to some “felonious” fraud charges.

Isn’t it ironic… the man who tried to destroy Trump with lies and fake news may finally be facing the justice he has escaped for far too long.

More to come…
