When courts do their job, lawfare loses, and that’s exactly what just happened in New Hampshire.

Steven Kramer, a Dem political consultant, was staring down the barrel of eleven felony charges for pulling off an AI robocall stunt impersonating Joe Biden. The feds and their regime buddies wanted a scalp so badly, they cooked up a mountain of charges that would have buried this guy for decades.

Lucky for him, this trial didn’t land in the Eastern District of New York, where the rule of law goes to die and political dissidents rot behind bars. If it had, Kramer would be the latest trophy next to the OneTaste wellness group and Douglas Mackey, the meme poster turned political prisoner.

The left will hunt down anyone who messes with elections that don’t go their way, even those on their side. But when we point out that the 2020 election was a sloppy, fraudulent circus, suddenly it’s the “safest and most secure election ever.” And if you say otherwise, you’re an “election denier” who needs to be censored, sued, or jailed. Maybe all three…

So, let’s break down exactly what Kramer did that almost cost him his freedom. Days before New Hampshire’s 2024 primary, thousands of voters picked up the phone to hear Joe Biden’s iconic, cringeworthy phrase, “What a bunch of malarkey.” Only it wasn’t Biden; it was an AI clone telling Dems to skip the primary and save their votes for November.

Kramer freely admitted to orchestrating this call. He even testified that he paid a magician in New Orleans $150 to whip up the fake Biden voice. He claimed it was a “wake-up call” about the dangers of unregulated AI in elections—and a stunt to spotlight how easy it is to dupe voters with deepfakes.

Think about it: if Kramer’s prank had happened in some deep blue court district, he’d be wearing prison orange right now. The regime always writes new crimes when an election threat pops up. When they win, the system is perfect. When they lose, they hunt down election deniers or pot-stirrers like dogs.

Prosecutors argued the calls amounted to an attack on the integrity of the primary, while Kramer’s defense tried to direct outrage at the Democratic National Committee instead.

At Biden’s request, the DNC dislodged New Hampshire from its traditional early spot in the 2024 nominating calendar, but later dropped its threat not to seat the state’s national convention delegates. Biden did not put his name on the ballot or campaign there, but won as a write-in.

Kramer, who owns a firm specializing in get-out-the-vote projects, argued that the primary was a meaningless straw poll unsanctioned by the DNC, and therefore the state’s voter suppression law didn’t apply. The defense also said he didn’t impersonate a candidate because the message didn’t include Biden’s name, and Biden wasn’t a declared candidate in the primary.

This case should have never seen a courtroom, and Kramer should have never faced decades behind bars for a goofy political stunt. Just like Douglas Mackey should have never been railroaded for a meme that poked fun at Hillary voters back in 2016.

But this is how lawfare works: overcharge, threaten, and terrorize anyone who steps on the regime’s narrative. But every now and then, a jury does its job. Justice wins. And the American people get a glimpse of how the system should work: honest, open, and free from partisan revenge.
