When you think of Karine Jean-Pierre, the image of a brilliant communicator doesn’t exactly spring to mind. Let’s be honest, she was a train wreck.

But in the sad, sloppy cast of characters that made up the Biden regime, she checked all the DEI boxes. And that’s exactly why she was hired.

Just like Kamala Harris, KJP didn’t rise to power on merit, skill, or earned respect. She was boosted because of identity, race, and gender, among other things. Actually, that was the skill section of both their resumes. And because these two mediocre women were gifted high-profile positions that they weren’t equipped for, their inevitable fall was public, painful, and brutal.
That’s the hidden cruelty of DEI. It hands out titles instead of earning them and pretends that identity is a substitute for competence. But reality always catches up. Sooner or later, the façade cracks, the piper shows up for payment, and everything collapses under the weight of the big DEI lie.
We recently published a piece about how black woman plagiarize at an extremely higher rate than other groups.
DEI has always been a scam, and the receipts keep piling up. For years, the academic world has pretended that DEI hires represent some amazing new standard of excellence. But thanks to the tireless work of reporters like Chris Rufo, that illusion is crumbling under the weight of plagiarized dissertations, stolen passages, and fraudulent credentials.
Yes, it’s starting to crumble, but DEI was built on decades of solid left-wing foundation. To say it’s magically gone because of one Supreme Court ruling is a fairy tale. The rot is still very much alive.
[…]
…Rufo’s latest piece reveals a very disturbing trend.
His research shows black women in academia, particularly in DEI-related fields, are plagiarizing at rates way higher than other groups. It’s not a theory. It’s his data. And it confirms what many already suspected: the DEI machine isn’t just lowering standards; it’s erasing them completely.
The "antiracism" industry was always built on fraud. The number of outright plagiarists in DEI departments is astonishing. Good that these programs are getting shuttered. pic.twitter.com/uGppJGs0uQ

DEI update: black women plagiarize at ‘astronomically higher rates’ than other groups…
This DEI practice isn’t building women or POC up. Because when you fake merit, you don’t just quietly fail; you fail very loudly. And everyone watches.
But that hasn’t stopped these mediocre midwits from cashing in one last time with another ghostwritten, self-congratulatory book. And KJP is no exception. The problem is that her book is sparking serious outrage inside the Biden regime, the same group that bent over backward to prop her up and hand her a national platform.
Now, she’s going scorched earth on the people who gave her the spotlight, and they’re returning the favor by throwing her under the bus… and backing over her a few times for good measure.
Here she is promoting her new book.
Watch:
🚨Every day she stood at the podium, was a day she blatantly lied to the American people.
Now she’s trying to capitalize on it.

But Bidenworld isn’t taking this slight sitting down. How dare the little DEI pet they coddled and spoiled bite the hand that fed her? Team Biden is coming out in droves to attack the former White House press secretary and confirm what we already knew: KJP sucked at her job.
Many of her former colleagues think Jean-Pierre — the face of the White House for more than two years — was part of the problem, according to interviews with more than two dozen former Biden administration officials.
Driving the news: Jean-Pierre’s announcement Wednesday led former Biden aides to tee off on her. Many quietly had fumed for years, believing she was incompetent at her job at the White House podium and more interested in promoting herself than Joe Biden.
News of her book — “Independent: A Look Inside a Broken White House, Outside the Party Lines” — and that she was leaving the Democratic Party was the final straw for many people who’d worked with her.
The fighting within Bidenworld is part of larger post-election angst and grievances amid new reporting of how Biden’s staff tried to hide his physical and mental decline during his presidency.
Jean-Pierre was a key part of the effort to conceal Biden’s decline, vouching for his fitness and insisting the president, then 81, was “as sharp as ever” even after last June’s disastrous debate against Donald Trump.
What they’re saying: One former White House official who worked closely with Jean-Pierre told Axios that she “was one of the most ineffectual and unprepared people I’ve ever worked with. … She had meltdowns after any interview that asked about a topic not sent over by producers.”
“She didn’t know how to manage a team, didn’t know how to shape or deliver a message, and often created more problems than she solved,” the official said.
A former Biden communications official threw more wood on the fire: “The hubris of thinking you can position yourself as an outsider when you not only have enjoyed the perks of extreme proximity to power — which … bestows the name recognition needed to sell books off your name — but have actively wielded it from the biggest pulpit there is, is as breathtaking as it is desperate … It’s difficult to see how this is anything but a bizarre cash grab.”
Another former White House official familiar with the dynamics told Axios: “The amount of time that was spent coddling [Jean-Pierre] and appeasing her was astronomical compared to our attention on actual matters of substance.”
A former senior spokesperson in Biden’s administration added: “It’s hard to believe someone could look at the past year and genuinely think, ‘The party left Joe Biden — that’s why I’m leaving the Democratic Party.’ ‘”
A former White House communications official added: “Today Karine lost the only constituency that ever supported her — party line Democrats.”
Many people believed when Team Biden brought in John Kirby, her days were numbered. She clung on, but behind the scenes, chaos erupted. The Axios piece goes on:
The intrigue: Despite longstanding internal frustration with Jean-Pierre’s performance since she took over as press secretary in mid-2022, Biden aides largely had stayed silent because she was seen as untouchable, given her close relationship with Jill Biden’s top aide Anthony Bernal.
During Biden’s presidency, Bernal had a hand in hiring many White House aides who were prioritized for their loyalty.
Jean-Pierre also caused internal drama by repeatedly blocking National Security Council spokesperson John Kirby from joining her at the White House podium, even when national security issues were at the forefront of the news.
On top of that, KJP’s DEI status gave her an insanely inflated sense of self-worth, which only made her shaky job performance worse. Instead of doing the work, she focused on polishing her public image, and it showed. The Axios piece continues:
Zoom in: Some former Biden aides said Jean-Pierre’s tenure was complicated by her work with a New York-based publicist, Gilda Squire.
Jean-Pierre was the focus of several magazine profiles and appeared on “The View” in New York. At one point, she wanted to appear on the show once a week.
Within the White House, there were concerns about Squire being looped in on internal emails regarding
Jean-Pierre’s profiles and promotional appearances.
Concerns about Jean-Pierre’s self-promotion were even raised with the White House counsel’s office because some staffers felt torn between their administration duties and helping Jean-Pierre promote herself, according to a former White House aide familiar with the internal dynamics.

And we all know there was no love lost between Joe and Kamala. The two were like soybean oil and swamp water. They didn’t mix. And every time Joe had the opportunity to trip up Kamala, he took it. Even during the disastrous 2024 election, he was sidelined.
CNN was about to take Kamala Harris LIVE when all of a sudden Joe Biden simultaneously takes the podium from the White House: “She’s trying to appeal to union workers, and yet you have the President of the United States come out, clearly overshadowing her…” “Is that a communications mistake, is the left hand not talking to the right hand?” Joe Biden just big timed Kamala Harris on national TV!

After the embarrassing loss, Dems lined up to throw Kamala under the bus after propping her up for years, when, arguably, she was the worst VP in US history.
In short, Kamala Harris was a terrible candidate — terrible enough to be bested by a deeply flawed character like Donald Trump.
Her entrance into the race was under the most pathetic circumstances imaginable. Harris was thrust into the role of presumed Democratic nominee to succeed the fast-fading Biden only days after insisting, as she had for months, that the President was cognitively capable of running for a second term as leader of the free world.
After leaving the race, the obviously declining Biden could have resigned from office, bidding a wistful, Reagan-esque farewell to enter the “sunset of [his] life.” Doing so would have guaranteed that Harris made history as the first female American president, while giving her a much stronger position for election as the de facto incumbent.
Biden didn’t resign. Harris was instead left to pick up the baton from one of the weakest presidents in American history, whose selfishness she shielded from the nation and whose confidence in her ability to fill the role was anything but apparent.
Why did he endorse her to succeed him, then? Because Joe Biden’s legacy is now inherently linked to that of Kamala Harris. To overlook her as his successor would be a glaring admission of his own failure of leadership for keeping an incompetent person in such an important position for three and a half years. Best to just clumsily step aside and let Harris ride in on a wave of joy with the fundraising spigot turned back on.
It was painfully obvious that Harris was lacking in substance. What little she had to offer was not in the form of concrete policies, and what policy insight she offered was in stark contrast to the same positions she offered during her ill-fated run in the 2020 Democratic primary.
Tim Wu, a key Biden insider, had this to say about KJP in a now-deleted post:

Are these DEI hires victims or collateral damage? Perhaps a lot of both.
Are we to believe that Biden’s many DEI hires were sidelined (and patronized) and had no effect on his disastrous presidency?
Or were they integral contributors to his administration’s many failures?
Which one is it? https://t.co/Jupw6gnNrZ

The truth is, team Biden basked in the glow of DEI virtue-signaling when they elevated KJP, a black woman and a lesbian—the trifecta of social justice gold—and Kamala Harris to the highest levels of power. But the moment these ungrateful DEI hires dared to go rogue, the gloves came off fast and furious style.
WAPO writer David Weigel had this to say about the turn of events:
Here and in Politico, Biden WH vets still keeping anonymous as they trash KJP. But you can read between the lines. Took no time at all for WH reporters to find the Biden WH vets who would say this. And no one emerging to defend her.
A very odd part of the Biden legacy: Elevating black women as the first to be VP and WH press secretary, then making it known to everybody that they were disasters.

While these two DEI darlings are getting run over by a Dem bus, one of Biden’s most dangerous DEI picks is still sitting pretty, untouched by the wrath of handlers who plopped her in her seat at the Supreme Court of The United States. However, that doesn’t mean the American people aren’t suffering.

Ketanji Brown Jackson is easily one of the worst Supreme Court appointments in US history. She’s not only unqualified but also a mindless progressive foot soldier who will blissfully toe the party line nine times out of ten.
She might not know what the Constitution or a woman is…
Here’s @MarshaBlackburn asking KBJ if she can define the word woman. KBJ says she can’t. This is how broken the “party of science” is. They are so obsessed with transgenderism that they can’t even say what a woman is. pic.twitter.com/zdj2OkqppI

Let’s face it, eventually, the DEI chickens will come home to roost. The people who propped you up fade into the background, and suddenly you’re standing there, exposed, unable to stay afloat without the support system that tried so hard to make you look competent.

That’s exactly what we’re seeing with KJP and Kamala, both tossed under buses they never saw coming. Because in the Dem Party, being a woman of color is supposed to be a bulletproof shield, right? Wrong. No matter how dark your skin or how loudly you check the boxes, once you stop serving the purpose you were installed for, your time is up. And the very people who once sold you as “greatness personified” will be the first to tear you down by finally telling the truth: you were never up to the job.
