It involves a 13-year-old Florida boy who was brutally sexually assaulted by one of Joe Biden’s illegals while he played hide-n-seek in his backyard with his 8-year-old brother.

This horrific story has sparked a burning outrage throughout the country.

ABC 7 News:

A 20-year-old undocumented alien from Mexico has been arrested for sexually battering a 13-year-old in Charlotte County, the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office said.

Samuel Cobos Carmona is accused of entering the back yard of the victim’s home, where the victim and his younger brother were playing hide-and seek, deputies say.

According to sworn statements from the boy’s parents, the victim himself, and the mother of the boy’s friend, that on April 13, the brothers were playing behind the family’s apartment at about 9:30 p.m. when a man entered the yard and began playing with them.

According to these statements in a heavily redacted probable cause affidavit, the man asked the boy if he wanted to touch him. When the boy refused, the man grabbed him, held him down and pulled down the boy’s pants. The man covered the boy’s mouth to muffle screams and sexually assaulted him.

After the assault was over, the statements said, the boy lay still until his younger brother found him.

The victim was afraid to tell anyone about the assault until about a week later, when he told the mother of one of his friends. That woman convinced the boy to tell his parents about the attack, deputies said. The parents notified the sheriff’s office.

After repeating his story to deputies, the victim was referred to the Child Advocacy Center for a medical examination.

The victim’s father suggested Carmona as a possible suspect. When questioned, deputies say Carmona, who lives nearby, said he had been playing hide-and-seek with the children that night but denied any sexual misconduct.

Homeland Security has also issued a warrant for his arrest for being in the country illegally.

Let’s start with the basic argument many supporters are making: Habeas Corpus is a legal protection that gives people the right to appear before a judge before they’re detained or deported. In normal times, it’s a key part of due process. But sadly, thanks to the left, these aren’t normal times—we’re dealing with a full-blown invasion, thanks to Joe Biden’s failed regime. And the Constitution allows for Habeas Corpus to be suspended in this type of national emergency.

President Trump would be well within his rights to suspend it—just like Abraham Lincoln, Ulysses S. Grant, and FDR did during times of war or national crisis. No matter what the media jackals might say, it’s not reckless. It’s constitutional. And now, thanks to growing sentiment, more Americans are waking up to this idea.
