There was a time when the FBI was respected. People trusted it. They believed it was about justice, truth, and protecting the country. But those days are long gone. The FBI we have now is a political hit squad—twisted, corrupted, and completely out of control. Thanks to Obama, the agency got flooded with politics, and now it’s nothing more than a weapon for the left. It’s not just biased—it’s dangerous. Regular Americans are being harassed, investigated, and even arrested while actual criminals walk free.

Not to punish real crimes, but to punish the people it doesn’t like. That’s what lawfare is, and it’s been the go-to move of the FBI and DOJ for years now.

Conservatives have felt the bitter sting of lawfare more than anyone. From Douglass Mackey to the January 6ers to President Trump himself, the feds have gotten really comfortable twisting the law into a pretzel to go after political enemies. But here’s the curveball—what happens when they start using those same dirty tactics on people or groups who aren’t categorized as Trump supporters?

That’s what makes the case against the California-based wellness company OneTaste so disturbing. Not because the group is conservative—far from it—but because their prosecution reveals just how brazen and far-reaching lawfare has become.

OneTaste started as a Silicon Valley wellness company, but over time, it started to be accused of being a “sex cult.” We’re talking taboo rituals, a tight rein on emotions, and a setup that felt more like a tribe than a business. Most conservatives would take one look at this group and say, “No thanks”—but that’s not the point of this story, as you’ll find out below. And that’s precisely what makes the case so important.

But here’s where things get really ugly…
Yes, OneTaste was countercultural. To many, it was strange, extreme, and way outside the norm—but that doesn’t give the FBI a free pass to go scorched earth just because the group sat on the fringe of society. America is full of people living unconventional lives. We don’t have to like or understand every lifestyle, but we do have to draw the line at using fake evidence and manufactured crimes to destroy people.

However, unfortunately, that’s exactly what happened here.

The FBI didn’t just investigate OneTaste—they staged an all-out hit job. And when they couldn’t find any actual crimes, even after building their case around selectively edited clips from a Netflix docuseries, they conjured up a convoluted “slavery” charge that is officially called “forced labor conspiracy. The charge made zero sense. No one in the group was ever forced to be a slave.

And Steve Bannon has had enough, and he’s got a theory about the only way to truly save the country. In a recent video, he made it clear—saving America means bulldozing the FBI headquarters and starting over…literally.

But Bannon didn’t stop there. In another clip, he dives deeper into just how broken the FBI really is—and why simply reforming it won’t cut it. He calls out the situation with Kash Patel and Pam Bondi as a major red flag and says what more and more Americans are starting to realize: the FBI isn’t just biased—it’s totally beyond repair. It’s a decades-deep disaster, and the only way forward might be to break it up or shut it down completely.

And it’s not just Bannon sounding the alarm. Judicial Watch’s Tom Fitton is saying the same thing—loud and clear. In his view, President Trump shouldn’t waste time trying to fix the FBI. He should treat it like he did USAID: defund it and shut it down. No more half-measures, no more band-aids. Fitton’s take is simple—if we want real justice in this country, the FBI has to go.

Is the FBI just too far gone?

Think about that while you also ponder this: the issue right now is that many people are starting to question whether Kash Patel is truly up for the job. It’s not because he isn’t smart or loyal—it’s because it looks like he just got played by the Deep State. And that’s got folks seriously concerned. At the center of it all? A bad actor by the name of Steve Jensen.

Sure, that move feels like a betrayal—but more than that, it’s a giant red flag waving frantically, screaming, “Nothing’s changed. The bad guys are still finding a way inside.”

At the end of the day, many people are wondering—can even well-meaning, good men like Kash Patel or Dan Bongino truly fix something that is this broken? That’s not a knock on them—but is the FBI just too far gone? Are Bannon and Fitton right? Maybe all the time and energy being spent on trying to reform the FBI is just wishful thinking.
