Another major win just dropped—and this one’s a direct hit against activist judges trying to play lawmaker from the bench and a huge victory for DOGE.

The Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals has issued a stay on a lower court’s activist ruling that tried to block Elon Musk and others from exposing corruption inside USAID. So, what does this mean? Well, it was a very big “not so fast” to judicial overreach—and a solid victory for President Trump’s DOGE plan and mostly the American people who deserve a country free from fraud and bloat.

We’ve been covering the left’s lawfare games for years now. Just recently, we published a piece on Judge Boasberg getting his own much-deserved smackdown after newly released intelligence completely crushed the core of his argument defending Venezuelan gangbangers.

Judge James Boasberg has officially become the poster boy for lawfare. If there’s a left-wing plot to rubber-stamp or a political enemy to take down, his gavel is always ready to swing. The man’s a busy bee. From running interference for the Deep State during the Trump years to shielding the Swamp at every turn, Boasberg isn’t a judge—he’s a glorified rent-a-gavel for the regime. In a recent piece, we gave him a name that fits: the “Antifa Judge.”

So it’s no surprise that he’s now bending over backward to protect the very criminals the American people want deported.

Bloodthirsty gangbangers…

Boasberg’s most absurd stunt was blocking the removal of violent Tren de Aragua gang members by claiming they don’t meet the legal threshold for deportation under existing wartime authority. His excuse was that “TdA” isn’t a foreign government, and there’s no war. Well, that weak legal argument just collapsed under the weight of some pretty damning new intelligence.

So, it turns out the Venezuelan regime is actually behind Tren de Aragua. They’ve trained, armed, and deployed these paramilitary gangbangers across the U.S. to destabilize our cities and destroy the country from the inside out. And this isn’t speculation—it’s documented intel from decorated CIA veteran Gary Berntsen, backed by real evidence. It exposes just how badly—or deliberately—Boasberg misread the law.

This latest decision is more than just a legal technicality—it’s a total slapdown of the radical activist bench that’s been running wild, inserting progressive politics where law and order should rule. The Fourth Circuit didn’t dance around the issue. They got straight to the heart of the problem: these lower court judges are assuming powers they don’t have and stepping way outside the limits of Article III.

This is the win Trump needed—and a clear shot fired at the weaponized judiciary.

Politico:

A federal appeals court on Friday cleared the way for Elon Musk and his Department of Government Efficiency to resume their efforts to shut down the U.S. Agency for International Development.

The ruling from a three-judge panel of the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals lifted a lower-court judge’s injunction that had temporarily blocked Musk and DOGE from playing any role in dismantling USAID.

The decision comes just as the Trump administration is making a final push to effectively dissolve the agency tasked with administering foreign aid. Earlier on Friday, the State Department officially notified Congress of its plans to eliminate the agency, according to Democratic lawmakers. And a member of DOGE who is also deputy USAID administrator sent a memo to USAID personnel worldwide, announcing that the overwhelming majority of the agency’s employees will have their jobs cut on either July 1 or Sept. 2.

You almost have to wonder if these justices caught Elon’s interview with Bret Baier on Fox—where he broke down DOGE’s mission in such a simple, common-sense way, it’s hard to argue against it.

And he’s made it clear—Congress didn’t appropriate funds for waste, fraud, and abuse. And DOGE, as part of the executive branch, is literally doing what the Constitution requires: making sure the laws are faithfully executed.

The good news here is that this ruling gives the country a much-needed breather from the chokehold of activist judges. It’s not just a procedural pause—it’s a statement. The bench isn’t above the Constitution. And if real justice continues to prevail, these rogue judges might finally be forced to stay in their lane where they belong.

We need more of this in order to start shutting down these radical judges.
