By now, you know that Ukraine’s President Zelensky showed up at the White House with an agenda. He wasn’t there to discuss mineral rights or peace—he was there to push for more war and weaponize our propaganda media against President Trump. His desperate, ungrateful plea for more US funding to fuel his unwinnable war backfired. But what sealed his fate was his arrogance, blatant disrespect for the presidency, and total disregard for the American people. That was enough for President Trump and Vice President JD Vance to shut him down. Hard.

Here are some of the highlights:

Collin Rugg:

JD Vance to Zelensky: “I think it’s disrespectful for you to come into the Oval Office and try to litigate this in front of the American media.”

“You went to Pennsylvania and campaigned for the opposition in October. Offer some words of appreciation for The United States of America and the president who is trying to save your country.”

President Trump is a deal-maker—he knows when to push and when to walk away. And with Zelensky, he made it painfully clear that right now, this was a deal not worth fighting for.

In the end, Zelensky was actually kicked out of the White House and told to come back when he’s ready to talk peace.

There have been a lot of very good takes and observations on what went down. Most people agree President Trump was not only standing up for the American people but also the people of Ukraine and Russia who are being slaughtered for no good reason.

But one of the best and most America First responses came from Secretary of State Marco Rubio, who didn’t hold back and very clearly laid out why President Trump and Vice President Vance reacted how they did and how, contrary to what the Deep State and media are saying, calling this a “setup” for Putin’s benefit, it was actually who wanted this meeting at the White House.

As Secretary Rubio explains, it looks like the EU and Zelensky have their own side agenda. If that’s the case, they’re welcome to it—but the U.S. won’t be blindly bankrolling their proxy war against Russia.

Insurrection Barbie:

Marco Rubio explains that everything had already been worked out before Zelensky even walked into the Oval Office and all he had to do was sign. Then he said a foreign minister told him Ukraine should fight for another year in order to make Russia weaker. So the EU and Zelensky seem to have a plan, great they can do it without our money.

Secretary Rubio’s analysis of this issue is unmatched.

And speaking of great reactions, here’s one you probably didn’t expect—straight from CNN. Their token conservative, Scott Jennings, has a knack for delivering some bangers, and his breakdown of the Trump-Zelensky showdown was spot-on.

Zelensky had one job—and a pretty easy one at that—and he still managed to blow it. Big time.

Many are calling this one of the biggest political blunders in history—and for good reason. Zelensky walked into the White House with no leverage, and after President Trump threw him out for behaving like a warmongering, petulant child, he somehow managed to leave with even less. Remarkable.

How this all plays out is anyone’s guess, but one thing’s certain—Zelensky is out of options, and he knows it.
