Many are cheering President Trump’s latest move to shut down the left’s activist judges. This move comes after the Supreme Court’s 5-4 ruling, where Amy Coney Barrett (and Justice Roberts) sided with the left once again and backed a federal activist judge’s power to force President Trump to hand over $2 billion to USAID contractors.

Yet another blow to Trump’s America First mandate.

So, now we know, it’s not just federal judges weaponizing the courts—now even the Supreme Court is getting in on the act. And worse, it’s coming from justices who are supposed to be on our side.

We recently covered that very story, reminding readers that we’ve had concerns about ACB from the start.

The GOP establishment had lined up behind her, touting her as the second coming of Justice Scalia (who, yes, she did clerk for), but we saw through it. Barrett was a safe pick—a judge who would toe the line on abortion but wouldn’t have the fire to challenge the system when it really mattered. That’s why we pushed for Judge Bridget Bade instead—because we needed a fighter, not a rubber stamp for the establishment.

The ACB illusion is officially dead—and we called it years ago…

There’s no question—we have to put a stop to these federal activist judges immediately. They’re one of the last major weapons the left has to derail President Trump’s America First agenda, and they’re working overtime to make that happen.

Mike Lee has a plan, but can it roll out fast enough to make a difference? Probably not. This is a code-red situation.

America has more than 200 district court judges, yet somehow, many of them seem to believe their tiny little gavels give them veto power over the presidency.

And the left is exploiting this judicial free-for-all at every turn. Every time President Trump tries to enforce DOGE, immigration laws, protect election integrity or implement America First policies, some random activist judge pops up and blocks it nationwide. This is not how the system was designed to work—and if it isn’t stopped, it could spiral into a full-blown constitutional crisis.

That’s where Senator Mike Lee comes in. After seeing Charlie Kirk’s warning on X, he responded and made it perfectly clear that he’s working on a game-changing bill to strip district activist judges of the power to issue nationwide injunctions against the US government.

The odds of Congress getting this done within the necessary timeframe? Pretty much impossible.

So, now what can be done right now?

Well, thankfully, President Trump is working on this behind the scenes. He’s just issued a memorandum that seeks to stop these left-wing judges in their tracks. Under new rules, anyone suing to stop the government’s actions will have to put up a financial bond. If the lawsuit fails, they’ll be on the hook for any costs or damages their legal challenge caused.

This move is meant to hold people accountable for filing weak or politically motivated cases against the federal government.

It’s a strong start, but let’s be honest, we need even stronger measures in place. The left has spent years stacking the courts with activists disguised as judges, and it won’t stop unless the American people get serious about fighting back. That starts locally. Every judge’s race matters, because today’s small-town activist could be tomorrow’s federal menace, wreaking havoc on the entire country.
