From Trayvon Martin to BLM to George Floyd—and every firebombed city in between—it felt like once Obama grabbed the reins, America transformed into one massive, slow-burning riot.

So how did it all come to be?

Well, if you ask national security experts like Mike Benz, it wasn’t that difficult. In fact, it was pretty slick. According to Benz, the key piece of the puzzle is a government-backed organization you’ve probably heard a lot about lately: USAID.
