DEI is slowly but surely destroying this country. It’s gotten so bad—so deeply entrenched in every system—that President Trump has made eradicating it a cornerstone of his administration. And not a moment too soon.

Just look at this latest bombshell, courtesy of a Daily Mail exclusive. They got their hands on a voicemail from a DEI activist and FAA supervisor who, according to their report, handed out critical answers to an air traffic control exam—to a select group of minority candidates.

No wonder the once “friendly skies” have turned so deadly…

Unlimited L’s:

DEI activist allegedly caught sharing air traffic controller exam answers with minority candidates in leaked audio obtained by the Daily Mail

Shelton Snow, a prominent figure in the National Black Coalition of Federal Aviation Employees (NBCFAE), was caught in a shocking audio clip promising advance access to test answers

‘There are some valuable pieces of information that I have taken a screenshot of and I am going to send that to you via email,’ says Snow

‘I am about 99.99 percent sure that it is exactly how you need to answer each question.’

The inside information was offered in 2014 to African Americans, females, and other minority candidates, while Whites were excluded to “minimize competition.”

It remains unknown how many candidates benefited from Snow’s offer to secure coveted air traffic controller jobs

Snow stated, “We can give you advance access to test answers,” as reported by DailyMail

But one former NBCFAE member, Matthew Douglas, told DailyMail: ‘I know several people who cheated and I know several people who are controlling planes as we speak.’

This isn’t just cheating—it’s shameless, reckless, and outright dangerous. And we’re not talking about some random high school exam. This is playing with people’s lives. Just look at the scary state of US air travel right now—delays, near misses, chaos in the skies. It all starts to make perfect DEI sense, doesn’t it?

Daily Mail:

Exactly how many applicants were able to capitalize on Snow’s brazen offer to secure coveted controller jobs responsible for the safety of millions of fliers remains a mystery.

But one former NBCFAE member, Matthew Douglas, told DailyMail.com: ‘I know several people who cheated and I know several people who are controlling planes as we speak.’

The voicemail comes to light as President Donald Trump vows to purge DEI – diversity, equity and inclusion – from US aviation, among other federal agencies, in the wake of the deadly midair collision at Reagan National airport in January that claimed 67 lives.

Snow’s message was recorded just weeks after the FAA announced the biggest hiring shake up in its history during an Obama-era push to ‘widen the aperture’ for women and minorities.

As DailyMail.com exclusively revealed, the federal government agency had controversially replaced its peer-reviewed cognitive exam with a ‘biographical’ quiz asking things like ‘how would you describe your ideal job’ and ‘classmates would remember me as humble or dominant?’

Critics say the quixotic blend of multiple-choice questions was designed to screen out elite, mostly white students from FAA-accredited college courses who excelled in traditional aptitude tests.

Nonetheless, it was proving incredibly tricky for anyone to pass – with a 90 percent failure rate – when Snow decided to intervene.

Would you trust your life—or your loved ones’ lives—to someone who had the answers to a safety exam emailed to them?

Probably not.

And by now, we all know that DEI isn’t about safety, excellence, or skill—it’s about lowering the bar and handing out free passes based on race, gender, or sexual preference. And make no mistake, this isn’t just unfair—it’s dangerous. When qualifications take a backseat to identity politics, lives are put at risk. Airplanes don’t care about diversity quotas when they’re plummeting from the sky. Bridges don’t hold up because of inclusive hiring. Medicine doesn’t heal because a doctor checked the right demographic box.

We previously covered a highly questionable air traffic controller who fit the DEI “gold standard” to a T. That article came out right after two private planes collided on a Houston airport runway in 2023.

Revolver:

The recent accident in Houston is just the latest noteworthy instance in what a major New York Times investigation this summer determined to be “an alarming pattern of safety lapses and near misses in the skies and on the runways in the USA.” According to internal records of the Federal Aviation Agency, the Times reported that these safety lapses and near misses occurred as a “result of human error.” The Times report further revealed that “runway incursions” of the sort described above have nearly doubled, from 987 to 1732, despite the widespread proliferation of advanced technologies.

A follow-up report by the Times revealed that Austin’s airport alone has experienced so many close calls as a result of air traffic controller error that a pilot proclaimed, “They’re trying to kill us in Austin.” One such incident involved an air traffic controller clearing a FedEx cargo plane to land on a runway just as a Southwest Airlines jet was set to take off on the same runway. The air traffic controller in question said the Southwest jet would take off before the FedEx plane got too close, though the two planes ended up just seconds from colliding, with the FedEx plane skimming less than 100 feet over the Southwest jet, whose 128 passengers had no clue how narrowly they just escaped death.

Below is an audio recording of the exchange between the pilots and air traffic controllers.

Despite the remarkable lack of transparency with respect to such near misses and the air traffic controllers behind them, the Times was able to identify the controller behind this incident as one Damian Campbell, a “Navy veteran and self-published poet.” According to the report, even fellow air traffic controllers were “baffled” by Campbell’s actions. Still more baffling is the fact that Campbell is apparently back on the job. FAA’s policy is not to take disciplinary action against a controller unless he or she is guilty of “gross negligence” or illegal activity.

The Times report does not provide a picture of Mr. Campbell. Such is the extreme reluctance to show an image of Mr. Campbell that the only reference we could find is from a Twitter user who posted a screenshot of the LinkedIn profile of one Damian Campbell who works as an air traffic controller in Austin, Texas. The LinkedIn link has since been scrubbed:

Notice that, apart from being a Damian Campbell in Austin, Texas, who works as an air traffic controller, the brief bio above mentions service in the military, which would match the Times’ description of Campbell as a Navy veteran. It is also noteworthy, though not dispositive, that there is a self-published book of poems by a Damian Campbell titled “Soul of a Fatherless Child.” The Damian Campbell referred to in the Times report is also a “self-published poet.”

It looks like Mr. Campbell might be the kind of guy who gets his exam answers delivered straight to his inbox, huh?

The truth is, DEI is one of the most dangerous movements to ever take hold in America. It’s not just eroding standards—it’s replacing excellence with pathetic charity, where old-fashioned merit is sacrificed on the altar of political correctness and failed progressive politics. If this continues, the future of this country won’t be built on strength or skill, but on handouts and rock-bottom expectations. And that’s exactly what the ruling class wants—an incompetent, dependent society, too weak to fight back.
