the goldberg dude needs a visit by the fbi. how did he get his name in the mailing list. he has, as a person in his profession and as a citizen, even just as a resident, an obligation to return lost data to the owner. if his neighbor finds nude pictures of his wife, mother or daughter, is the neighbor right in posting it on the internet? no... people like this have no right being journalists...

Why is the reporter free after releasing "classified" information. How is snowden in jail and he is free. all they have to do to find how he was added to a secure chat is look at the freaking logs. THey should already know how it happened.

This was a total setup. The incoming Trump admin was equipped by the former Biden admin. There is no way Signal could pass muster and receive an ATO for use on a government system. It's available to anyone on the App store and its servers are not controlled by the US govt, that right there is a no go and there are hundreds of other criteria that have to be met. It could never be approved IF it was put through the approval process. It is my opinion it was not put through the approval process required to receive an ATO. How is that possible you ask? It is well known the Biden admin thwarted policy and law, cyber security would have been a mere nuisance for the Biden admin so I have no doubt they bypassed the approval process and just used it, and they knew this was a violation of policy. Low level civilian cyber security workforce people knew this and looked the other way because they are loyal to the Biden admin but those same people saw an opportunity to entrap the Trump admin by passing on Signal as an approved app. All they had to do was get a mole in (Goldberg from the Atlantic) and then wait for the wrong conversation to be had. For everyone saying they should have known better, cabinet secretaries have a staff of thousands and they have to trust their people. None of them would second guess their staff on a matter so trivial when they're being briefed serious intel issues daily. And isn't it convenient that four days after this news breaks the dems have a lawsuit filed and it falls in Boasberg's court? This was totally a set up.

Whether it was deep state conspiracy or sheer incompetence that led to that guy getting added to the group, my question is this: how come none of the group members asked the question: "who is this JG?" "Hey, JG, whoever you are, what do you think?" And it went on for days! Makes no sense to me.
