The left has an arsenal of weapons to fight against justice, tradition, and the will of the American people. One of their most powerful is activist judges—radicalized men and women in black robes, who use political ideology, not the law, to push the left’s agenda forward.

They’re a cancer on the country.

We’ve covered this disturbing issue from every angle—the weaponization of the judicial system, activist judges, and how the left has used both to crush their political enemies. For now, here’s what the X user revealed—something that could be another weapon in DOGE’s arsenal. His post came after yet another activist judge, this time a Clinton appointee, used her power to block DOGE, and in turn the will of the American people.

So, how can DOGE shut down this sinister interference from left-wing operatives disguised as judges? Well, one clever X user has a brilliant idea—and it’s something President Trump and Elon Musk should seriously consider. If they play this right, they could beat these radicals at their own game.

@DOGE, a single district judge has issued a ruling blocking the executive branch from access to Treasury data. There’s a simple fix: DOJ should demand injunction bonds. 1/

This will be a repeat problem for the Trump administration, just like it was in the first term, unless something is done to rein in frivolous injunctions. Activist judges could single-handedly gum up the entire Trump/DOGE agenda. 2/

Under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 65(c), judges can issue injunctions “ONLY IF” the suing party posts a bond to cover potential damages if they’re wrong. But guess what? This rule is hardly used! 3/

When I was in the White House, in Trump’s first term, I suggested this, but DOJ didn’t make it happen. Imagine if we had applied this to the travel ban – activists would think twice before blocking policies with potentially billions at stake. 4/

The government has expert economists who can easily price out the cost of policies like birthright citizenship or wasteful spending. Price injunction bonds fairly, and frivolous lawsuits become a financial risk, not a free pass. 5/

Without injunction bonds, the American people bear all the costs of activists and judges blocking the agenda they voted for.  Why should activists and judges get to overrule the American people with no penalty if they’re wrong? Our system wasn’t meant to work this way. 6/

For national injunctions, we’re talking bonds in the hundreds of millions or even billions. It will become prohibitive unless the activists have a slam dunk case. 7/

If a judge tries to lowball the bond amount, it’s a quick and easy reversal given the unambiguous language in the federal rules. 8/

The best part? This doesn’t block activists from court; it just stops them from using preliminary injunctions to pause government action based on arguments that might not hold up in an appellate court.

That’s a great plan—let’s hope Trump and Elon take notice. But it’s a temporary fix. And that brings us to President Nayib Bukele, who has a permanent solution to the global problem of liberal activist judges.

Keep in mind, President Bukele was responding to a satirical Babylon Bee post about radical “activist judges,” but his words were dead serious—and they hit the target, straight on. His plan to shut down judicial activism is the only real way to end this weaponization.

The question is, are we ready to take that huge step?

The truth is this problem is bigger than most people realize. Our system may be different from El Salvador’s, but that doesn’t mean we can’t fight this weaponization just as aggressively.

There’s a case from 1840, that actually speaks to some of what we’re dealing with today.

Clearly, Elon Musk is ready to take the big plunge and start impeaching these radical judges. That was his exact response to President Bukele’s post. But sadly, as we can see, there’s more to it than just that…

The bigger problem now is convincing the worthless cowards in Congress to find a spine and remove these bad judges. So far, they seem just fine letting them run amok, sow division, and do the left’s political bidding.

And we need those cowards to remove the bad guys.

US Courts:

Only Congress has the authority to remove an Article III judge. This is done through a vote of impeachment by the House and a trial and conviction by the Senate. As of September 2017, only 15 federal judges have been impeached, and only eight have been convicted.

How do we turn these spineless wonders into warriors? We probably can’t. The only real solution is to get rid of every coward who won’t step up and replace them with real fighters who will.
