Marco Rubio just threw a brushback pitch straight at Volodymyr Zelensky—and it landed hard. In a political game where Zelensky’s been getting a little too comfortable at the plate, Rubio made it clear: Back off.

In an exclusive interview with Catherine Herridge, Rubio didn’t hold back. Not one bit. He called out Zelensky for playing both sides—lying to Vice President Vance and trying to hustle the US on deals worth billions. From shady mineral rights games to two-faced diplomacy, Rubio laid it all out for the world to see: Ukraine doesn’t directly impact the daily lives of Americans, and after $200 billion of taxpayer money (and $100 billion that Zelensky claims he lost), it’s high time for some respect and real accountability.

RUBIO: “We discussed mineral rights with Zelenskyy and said we want to be in a joint venture with you because we think we need a security guarantee. We need to be paid back some of the $200B in taxpayer money we’ve given you. He said ‘Sure, I need to run it through my legislative process.’

I read two days later he’s saying he rejected the deal. That’s not what happened in that meeting. We’re trying to help these guys. Ukraine doesn’t directly impact the daily lives of Americans, there should be some gratitude here.

When you see him accusing the President of disinformation, that’s highly counterproductive. President Trump isn’t going to take that. He’s not going to get gamed. He hopes Zelenskyy isn’t trying to hustle the United States, that’s not going to be productive here.”

The good news is that Secretary Rubio made it crystal clear how he—and the entire Trump administration—feel about Zelensky. This little guy, with his double talk, lies, and shameless schemes, has managed to tick off not only the American people but also Trump’s whole team.

At this point, most people watching this new saga unfold are coming to the same conclusion: The piggy bank is closed. Zelensky’s only real option is to agree to a peace deal.
