Three swimmers from Penn are suing the Ivy League and the NCAA for allowing a male (William “Lia” Thomas) to be in their changing room while they were completely nude and then allowing him to compete against them! 1/
2. They seek damages for “pain and suffering, mental and emotional distress, suffering and anxiety, expenses costs and other damages.”
In case you didn’t know, these schools really allowed that man into their changing room and provided the ladies with no other place to change.
3. Female racing swimsuits are extremely tight and it’s very hard to wriggle into them. It takes a long time. They told these women to change in front of this man.
4. Thomas, who swam for Penn and graduated in 2022, won the Ivy League championship his senior year in the 500 freestyle, 100 freestyle, and 200 freestyle individually, as well as the 400 freestyle relay.
No kidding.
5. Harvard Athletics’ T-gender Inclusion Policy states that “Harvard Athletics actively seeks to create a space that is welcoming and inclusive to all identities; including but not limited to gender, gender identity, gender expression, and sexual orientation.”
What hogwash!
6. I hope these women get every single penny in endowment money these universities have.
Not only was he in the changing room when they were nude but he exposed himself to them!
I love how they have demanded a jury trial! May the jury be filled with people with common sense.
7. Riley Gaines and others who were in the room have noted that Mr. Thomas retained his franks and beans as do the overwhelming majority of these men. Many members of the public are unaware of this. Which may contribute to why some were ok with this.

For some reason the left’s hill seems to be getting men into women’s sports. And denying it’s happening.
I have no idea why they want to do the former, but they want to do the latter bc it’s so unpopular. Or shall I say enraging?
Enter John Oliver. 1/
The UN has put out a statement saying there are hundreds of men in women’s sports. If you’ve been paying the slightest bit of attention, you know. You see it every week. Another guy somewhere has taken a place from women in sports. Just this week we saw three. 2/
So what is a political group to do that is pushing something that NO ONE wants? They have to deny it. And hard!
They try to say it’s not happening by forcing sports groups into NOT keeping records. If no one keeps track, it isn’t happening, right? 3/
A very activist Montana judge has temporarily blocked a bill (HB 121) that was signed into law protecting women’s privacy in bathrooms.
The reasoning is spectacular. Just wait for this:
1/
The judge found there is no evidence that it protects women’s privacy to keep men out of women’s bathrooms!
Um….excuse me. What does this judge think women want privacy from? 2/
This is a bit technical legally but the court finds that TG status is a suspect class which gets special protection. Why? Bc equal treatment on the basis of s*x is a fundamental right.
But genderism isn’t ON the basis of s*x at all!!!!! Talk about mixing up concepts. 3/
Her name is Stephanie Turner and she faced expulsion from the tournament for refusing to fence a man who pretends he is a woman.
He knows he has the power behind him. She knows it. She took a stance anyway. This is what was said here.
She’s amazing. 1/
Stephanie was taken to the bout committee where she was lectured and given a black card and thrown out of the competition bc she refused to participate in her own destruction. 2/
She said later “It will probably, at least for a moment, destroy my life. I don't think that it's going to be easy for me from now on going to fencing tournaments. I don't think it's going to be easy for me at practice," Turner said. "It's very hard for me to do this." 3/
I listened to a hearing today where a bill was brought in California to protect women’s sports. (Even though that is the law now, they don’t seem to care. I think they are hoping for a severe penalty for political reasons.)
Let me tell you their arguments:
First off there were LOTs of comments about “t*ans kids”. Except this was code for boys. There are girls who have these identities but they lose too if the sports are made co-ed. Not one person mentioned that. This whole ideology always hurts the girls. Even their own girls.
Then there was the pretense that this isn’t happening. While simultaneously they argued that not letting boys in girls sports would be the biggest calamity on the planet. 3/
THREAD. Let me explain what’s happening to women’s sports with an analogy. We are lost in the weeds over inanities when it’s a simple question of eligibility. No one fits in every category but there IS a category for everyone.
1/
We have 235 pound men declaring how unfair it is that they are banned from the lightweight boxing category. We have people who know nothing about boxing declaring this is unfair!
They will discuss how the 235 pounder identifies as 112 pounds. 2/
We have people who really want to win medals who can’t do it in their weight class, so they are demanding access to other categories they might be able to win.
We talk at length about how some 235 pounders can’t beat a 112 pound man. As if that matters.

Her name is Chase Strangio. She is a woman who works for the ACLU. You can tell when you hear her.
She has stated there are no men in women’s sports. First off, this is ridiculous. How can she say this?
Thread. 1/
She says this bc she has simply redefined the word men. It no longer means adult human male to her. To her it is some nebulous thought, so if the person has a different thought, they cease to be a man.
Chase is a lawyer. 2/
Think about how easily they took over the law. They don’t have to change a single word of a law. They simply redefined the words. Imagine a contract where you paid for a Maserati and the guy gave you a Kia and said “that’s a Maserati” and he was serious and the judge agreed. 3/
