America has more than 200 district court judges, yet somehow, many of them seem to believe their tiny little gavels give them veto power over the presidency.

And the left is exploiting this judicial free-for-all at every turn. Every time President Trump tries to enforce DOGE, immigration laws, protect election integrity or implement America First policies, some random activist judge pops up and blocks it nationwide. This is not how the system was designed to work—and if it isn’t stopped, it could spiral into a full-blown constitutional crisis. And that’s exactly what MAGA influencer Charlie Kirk is warning about:

To get a sense of just how out of control these activist judges are, take a look at one of their latest stunts—just one of many. In this case, a federal judge ordered the Trump administration to cough up hundreds of millions of dollars to foreign aid contractors—and gave them just 36 hours to do it. On top of that, he’s now demanding answers about whether his ruling is being fully obeyed.

And if you’re wondering who this progressive judge is, buckle up—he’s a Canadian doozy.

Mike Davis:

39-year-old Canadian-born Amir Hatem Mahdy Ali, the first Muslim and Arab DC judge, clerked on the Supreme Court of Canada and later led a radical leftwing group that called for defunding the police.

In the lame-duck session after Democrats lost the White House and Senate on November 5, 2024, Senate Democrats confirmed Ali on November 20 with a vote of 50-49.

 

When people see this activist judge crisis, their first instinct is impeachment. And we get it—on paper it’s a solid plan. In fact, it worked perfectly for El Salvador which faced the same problem we’re dealing with now. President Bukele took action, impeaching left-wing activist judges and just like that, his law-and-order agenda was finally able to take root and deliver real results for his citizens.

And that brings us to President Nayib Bukele, who has a permanent solution to the global problem of liberal activist judges.

Keep in mind, President Bukele was responding to a satirical Babylon Bee post about radical “activist judges,” but his words were dead serious—and they hit the target, straight on. His plan to shut down judicial activism is the only real way to end this weaponization.

President Bukele is absolutely right—that would be a permanent solution, but sadly, it won’t work for us. It sounds great in theory, but in reality, the impeachment process in the US takes way too long—and this crisis is unfolding right now.

We need a quick solution.

That’s where Senator Mike Lee comes in. After seeing Charlie Kirk’s warning on X, he responded and made it perfectly clear that he’s working on a game-changing bill to strip district activist judges of the power to issue nationwide injunctions against the US government.

That’s a permanent fix we can implement quickly to shut down the left’s latest judicial weaponization.

Frankly, this can’t happen soon enough. Because at the end of the day, this isn’t just about rogue judges—it’s about who actually runs the country: is it the duly elected President of the United States or a handful of unelected district court activists with Stage 5 TDS and a grudge against MAGA?
